-Chiyo's looks is up to the reader's imagination, I only described her as beautiful and angelic, that being said, Chiyo is actually based off Rashta from Remarried Empress so if you ever read Remarried Empress and felt like Chiyo reminds you of someone, here's your answer to your curiousity
