4 weeks later
you and daniel have told everyone in yours and daniels family that you're pregnant and everyone is happy. you are now 5 weeks pregnant and your first ultrasound is tomorrow and you and daniel are so excited.
"we get to see our baby tomorrow" he smiles
"yeah i'm so excited"
ella is sitting with you guys and you guys tell her she is gonna have a sibling.
"ella"
"yeah mommy"
"do you know i have a baby inside of me right now and you are gonna be a big sister" you point at your stomach
"yeah mommy has a baby in her" daniel says
"i'm gonna have a brother or sister yay" she says
"yeah" you smile
she kisses your stomach
"aww" you give her a kiss
"do you want a brother or sister" daniel asks
"brother"
"brother ah well we will see"
"what do you think it is" you say to daniel
"i think boy"
"do you want a son"
"yes i would love that but i would any gender"
"aw well i think it's a girl"
you guys get ready for bed and put ella in her crib. daniel plays a game on his phone while you sleep because you're pregnant and hormones suck.
next morning
it's ultrasound day. me an daniel get ready and we also get ella ready and go downstairs to eat breakfast. the appointment is at 2 and it's 11 so we wait a little
2 hours later
it's 1 now so you guys leave and go to the appointment. you guys get there and go to the front desk to check in and sign papers . you wait for your name to be called.
"y/n" the doctor says
you guys follow her into a room and get settled down and she starts asking questions .
"is this your little one" she points at ella
"yeah" you smile
"she's adorable"
"yep"
"ok so do you know how many weeks you are"
"5-6 weeks"
"ok"
"do you think we will find out the due date today"
"um i'm not sure most likely not but the next appointment you have again will definitely be a due date"
"ok"
you lay down on the bed and pull up your shirt so she can put the gel on your belly and see the baby. the baby pops up on the screen.
"so that little speck right there is your baby"
"aw that's adorable" you smile
"he/she is so small" daniel says
"baby" ella says
"yeah baby"
you guys finished up and the doctor tells you a few more things.
"ok so your next appointment is in 3 weeks so when you come back you will find out the due date and get to here the heartbeat"
"ok thank you"
"yep no problem"
you guys leave and head home to eat and hang out for the rest of the day.
