The next morning at breakfast you saw the front page was about Sirius again

You just pet Sirius who was sitting beside you as he put his head on your lap as he had probably saw the newspaper

Lucius had read it and saw how upset you were

"Now don't be upset he's a murderer he deserves whatever he gets." Lucius says and you frown at him

"Sirius didn't murder anyone say anything rude about him again and I swear to god I will punch you, Sirius is the only family I have left you will not say those lies that's being spread of him." You say and Lucius looks at Draco who puts his hands up like I'm not getting into this dad it's your problem

"I'm sorry y/n." Lucius says and you nod as you sigh

"Sirius was with me that night so he didn't do it, we came back and found the potters house burned to the ground and Hagrid holding little Harry, Sirius ran off to find the real traitor Peter Pettigrew." You say as Sirius jumps up and wraps his paws around you

Lucius and Draco looked shocked as you hugged the dog back

You get up and Sirius follows you as you lock yourself in the washroom with him

"Hey not everyone is gonna believe you and that's just life, I should have just stayed with you because my sister needed me, and fought to get Harry back who cares about revenge anyways." Sirius says after he turned back into his normal self and leaned on the door beside you

"Thank you Pads for always being by my side." You say and then after a few minutes you hear Lucius's voice

"Can you open the door? I would like to apologize." Lucius says and Sirius becomes a dog again and you open the door and Lucius hugs you "I'm sorry y/n I didn't know and I trust you aren't lying and I'm sorry, I'll do anything to help you." Lucius says and Sirius tilts his head a bit

"Well helping Sirius would be better." You say and Lucius sighs

"Anything for you." Lucius says and you look at Sirius and he growls and you sigh

"Hey no pads be nice." You say and Lucius was very confused when you started fighting with your dog as the dog barks back at you "Don't bark back at me mister your not gonna be rude I brought you here could have left you at home." You say and Lucius didn't know if he should say something

"Um y/n?" He says and you look over

"Ok anyways Lucius um—" But you stop as Sirius then grabs Lucius's pants and starts to try and rip it "SIRIUS ORION BLACK WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU!" You yell as you grab Sirius by the scruff and he yelps "Bad pads bad." You say and Lucius stops shocked did you yell Sirius black? Is that dog Sirius black?

'I'm sorry that dog had been Sirius black the whole time? Well I'll do anything to protect anyone y/n asks me to so I'll keep this a secret forever.'
