EPISODE 6: BET

I reached home and started preparing dinner for that day before Aera reached.  Remembering his words "you don't know what you did?"

Although blushing by the memory I am still thinking what did I do to make him unhappy?

**Door lock open sound**

"Hey beautiful, welcome home" I greeted her in, placing the dishes on table.

"What did you cook, it smells delicious" She asked taking in the air

We both finished our dinner and are lying on the sofa.

"So how were they?" She asked me referring to bangtan dancers.

"They are all so cool and lovely" I smiled.

"What about jungkook? He neither introduced you nor he said that he knew you already" she frowned

"Yeah, that's what surprised me too. He must have had a reason to do so, I acted along" my eyes showed all the disappointment

"not only that, I have lot of questions now" my eyebrows raised

"Like?" She asked

"He didn't tell me anything about the studio and I too never asked him specifically about his work though. Have you observed he was in bad mood all time we were in studio and he said it's because of me. I seriously have no idea what I did" I shook my shoulder

"I guess I know the reason" she said sitting up on from sofa

"What is it" I asked eagerly

"He was jealous of Jimin" she winked at me

"Hey, come on. We are neither lovers nor dating why would he feel jealous over other guy?" I ignored

"He was not happy seeing me right from beginning" I said

"Then you better ask him next time you meet him" she yawned.

Aera's pov:

Oh God!! How can I ask him to go on a date with me. Its not like I have feelings for him. It's all because of that stupid bet I had with Disoo. What if he misunderstands me?

These things are running through my head while Hoseok is teaching me some new dance techniques. I was completely lost in my thoughts and distracted.

Hoseok's pov:

She seems to be out of focus today. This is the first time I'm seeing her getting distracted. Is there something bothering her? But i can't ask that directly. So, let me just try to bring her attention back in a fun way.

"Aera, are you afraid that your boyfriend will get to know that you are practicing dance with some other guy!" I said and laughed to make the mood lighter
Her face is startled by my comment and  immediately all her attention is back
"No no..I don't even have a boyfriend.." she said and immediately realised that I was just joking and got embarassed. I tried my best to control my laughter.
"Is everything fine? You can tell me if there is any problem. I can try to help you" I said
"I'm so sorry I was distracted. I was just thinking about something" she said

Aera's pov:

I think it's best to tell him about the bet now.

"I was actually thinking about a bet that I had lost to Disoo." He nodded his head and waited for me to continue.
"It was a bet which we had before I met you in the central park. The day before meeting you we actually got into an argument on whether the person I was going to meet was a male or female."
