When the time is right for Xavier Salvador to build his nation, he gathers all of his energy to prepare. He raises a hand upward, and a small magical glyph appears on the palm. The land clears, trees and mountains giving way to a vast expanse suitable for a nation to be established. Larger magical glyphs appear on the ground as Xavier concentrates his mind on building the nation in his own image. Frieda watches him build his nation, feeling happy that his dream is becoming reality. Xavier brings to life sci-fi city designs inspired by novels, games, and/or TV series or movies. He begins by constructing a capital city and then moves on to building other cities.
