Epilogue

"Come on. Both of you are up?"

Kouji climbed onto the chest and onto the bed awkwardly. He flopped onto my chest, losing his balance. Kouji clung onto me, making me smile.

Hazel was laying between me and Jonas. She had her pillow from her room and her blanket. Jonas asleep next to me, unaware both of our children were in our bed.

Kouji fell asleep on top of me after a few minutes. I fell asleep, both of my arms bent. My elbows rested on the bed while my hands rested on Kouji's back, like I was protecting him.

I woke up the next morning and I didn't feel pressure on my chest. I was still on my back. I darted up, panicked. I rushed through the wing, looking for Kouji. I found him playing with Hazel in the playroom. I sighed in relief.

"Sorry I startled you. I woke up early, and I took him off your hands," Jonas apologized.

"Momma!" Kouji said, running over to me on his wobbly legs.

I picked him up and kept him on my side. Kouji clung around my neck like a Koala. He had a clingy habit that came from Jonas. I smiled, looking at Jonas.

"You did this." I pointed to Kouji.

"And I'm very happy I did," Jonas replied.

Kouji moved his head, so he was looking at Jonas. He chuckled. I looked at the eyes Kouji gave him as Jonas kissed his forehead. I set Kouji down, making him whine. Hazel called him over, and he waddled over to her.

I closed the door quietly and wrapped my arms around Jonas's neck. I gave him the eyes. He smiled, succumbing to his weakness. He kissed me lovingly. I pulled him into a hug. It felt more romantic when we were hugging.

"I love you," he whispered.

"I love you too," I replied.

We separated to take on the castle's duties. Of course, we got dressed before. I walked into the throne room.

"Queen (Y/n), you and King Jonas have a meeting today with the Queens and Kings today," my advisor explained.

"Thank you," I said, walking off hurriedly.

After we finished our stories, Apple decided to make the kingdom a republic. We divided the kingdom into small parts, and each story that involved royalty ruled over the small part. Raven and Dexter had their own small kingdom, since Raven reinstated herself and is known as the Good Queen. Apple and Darling rule as the first story in history to have two queens.

"Apple," I greeted her happily, hugging her.

"(Y/n), Jonas," Apple said.

"Darling," Raven said with a smile.

"Hey, Dex," I said, hugging my brother.

Rosabella and Daring came, as well as Briar with her husband. We gathered around like old friends around a table. After we went over important business, we talked about what was happening in our lives. I felt like we were back in high school. But almost twenty years later.

Queen (Y/n) White. King Jonas White. Prince Kouji White. And Princess Hazel White.

My perfect family.
