CHAPTER 2

Taehyung POV

Having my first peaceful sleep since I came here on land is such a relief. It's my 7th day here but first time I slept with this soft thingy to support my head, I don't know what is it called but its similar to what I'm using back home without the shell to cover me of course

There's a lot of clothes in the closet, I chose to wear a short cause I really like to feel my legs and I'm so excited to feel the water under my feet so I wash up too long, forgetting one important thing...

Staying in the water for too long can change my legs into tail and its night now... My tail can change into feet if its dried under the sun. Even I'm so sleepy and tired I manage to get out of the bathroom and lay on the floor to sleep. I pulled this soft thing that feels like sea sponge to support my head with a large soft blanket covering my tail

My dear brother help me to escape home thinking I'm going to be safe on land but coming here is a nightmare

Till I encounter the man who help me last night, I'm so thankful of him for letting me stay in his house for awhile

When I was little, I'm so curious about living in land, what it feels like to be warm, how does it feels having a feet to walk and run.

My family have the ability to have feet if we want to by drying our tail in the sun but dad forbid me saying people are cruel if they find out what we truly are. Obviously I didn't listened to him, base of what I experienced, he's right, most people are cruel just like the one captured me but not like the one who saved me from last night

Disobeying dad is what I used to do since I'm little kid for I really like to experience how it's feels to have a feet, to walk or run in what they called street. He never inform me that we can have feet with a simple method.

I just knew this ability accidentally.  I'm so into watching kids running at the beach, I stayed so long hidden behind rocks in the shore afraid for anyone could see me and my tail got dry, I felt something in my fins, when I turned to look and saw a pair of legs. My own legs!

My usual violet glossy scales have turn into a pair of feet, I felt happy cause I really like to walk and I did. I try it, at first its hard cause I have to balance my upper body and controlling my feet to have single steps one by one

My brother caught me practicing it when one day he followed me above water, he got suspicious for I always disappear after my class. I surface in the water and goes to my secret place to dry my tail

He scolded me a lot that time and threatened me for he will say this to our father but I beg him not to, eventually he comes with me watching me practicing how to walk, he even got me dress to wear to blend,

But one day he asked me if I want to stay on land for a while, I know something is going on in the kingdom that involves me but brother told me not to worry about it for he's doing all he can to fix it

At first all is doing just fine, he visits me frequently, bringing me food until a group of thugs kidnap me, their boss saw the real me, he made my life miserable for 5 days, my brother might worried about me, he can't come with me for he have a lot to do something at home so I can go back

He said he will bring me back home once all is fine. If only dad didn't marry that wicked lady after mom died

I can contact my brother through water but the kidnapper didn't even gave me water to drink, this keep my body weak, I might be small and a girl but I'm strong with 5 guys strength combined if I have contact or living near a body of water

Just got lucky that their boss leave that night. His guards didn't know anything about me so it's easy to tricked them. I told them I'm thirsty and they gave me a pitcher of water just enough to gave me strength to make a key out of it to unlock my chains and run out of there after I made them fell asleep.
