CHAPTER 11

3 days and 2 nights have passed but Taehyung still has her tail even though she's trying to dry it under the sun but nothing changes, it doesn't turn into human legs. She looks more gorgeous, Jimin and I pull up a tent so we can stay with her at the poolside, she's sleeping underwater. The light of the swimming pool is turned off and her fins glow while she's sleeping, it's an amazing sight to witness how she stayed there, how her gills moving slowly while sleeping peacefully

every night before going to sleep, she sings her favorite song, the songs she said it's for me, her voice so melodious and soothing it makes me sleep like a baby, her tan but silky soft skin shines under the moonlight

And today I woke up pretty late, the sun shining high, I'm feeling warm from the heat outside while someone caressing my hair, she was humming to a song. The same song she sings to me last night. I slowly opened my eyes and saw her inside the tent slumping like a child in front of me, looking at me with loving eyes while I'm curled up hugging my blanket

I abruptly sit up when I realize who she is, Taehyung is wearing a bathrobe and smiling at me, her gills, fins, and tails are no more

"Hyung, sorry for waking you up, I'm excited to use my legs again and be with you" she giggles

I pull her holding her nape and kiss her deeply

We stop kissing when our lungs complain asking for oxygen but we stay close to each other

"I missed you!" I whisper to her lips pulling her in the waist and making her sit on my lap

"You missed me? But I didn't go anywhere hyungie" she smiles circling her arms around my shoulder

"I know but seeing you in the water with your tails and fins makes me different from you, feels like I can't reach you, that I can't be with you. We have different worlds and it makes me feel hopeless for wanting something I couldn't have" I got emotional and tear rolled down in my cheek but she's fast to wipe it

"I will never leave you hyungie. I would never" she pecked me on the lips and pulled me into a hug rubbing my back, assuring me

We stay like that for a minute when we heard Jimin from the outside of the tent shouting, calling me. He almost pulls the roof of my tent

"Jeon Jungkook! Oh, God!! Wake up! Hurry up!!" He shouts

Taehyung released me after I kissed her again, she's s giggling hearing her friend panicking outside

"Wait here, my love"

I zip open my tent and stand up. I looked around and found him running around the pool looking down to the water searching for Taehyung

I smile watching him worrying

"Why are you just standing there? Taehyung is missing! Fuck! Where she is! Did someone get her while we were sleeping last night? She shouldn't sing for us and make us sleep like fat oil! Now she's gone!"

"This pool is just! How deep this is? Why I can't see her?! Do you think she drowned! Taehyung!" He shouts once again cupping his mouth to enhance his voice calling for Taehyung. He almost fell looking at the bottom

Tae walks out of the tent standing behind me, she encircles her arms around my waist hugging me

"Why are you so loud Jiminy Yoongi hyung might wake up to your loud voice" she laughs

Jimin looked at her with wide eyes behind me and ran towards her. He hugs her pulling her out of me

"Tae, I'm so glad you have your feet back! I thought someone get you out of the pool"
