CHAPTER 25

Jeon goes back to his office floor but stops at his secretary's table. The lady stands up seeing his boss in front of her

"Sir"

"Next time she comes here I want you to inform me right away, I don't care who I'm having a meeting with! I don't like her waiting for me! Understand?!"

"yes sir.. I'm so sorry sir"

"You're my secretary, you should obey me first before anyone else!"

"yes sir, this won't happen again. I'm sorry" she bows at him multiple times till he gets inside his room, his hyung and Aime still there eating silently, he sits to continue his meal when Aime puts a piece of fish on his plate on top of the dish his Taehyung cooks for him.. he might consider the gesture if her chopsticks didn't push aside the food his eating, it's the dish his lovely wife prepared for him and he's avoiding eating fish, his wife wouldn't like it if she comes to know he eats a fish

"Try this Mr. Jeon it's good, it's my first time to try this dish and I didn't know I'm missing something good"

Jungkook looks at her with a poker face but she's smiling and doesn't mind what she did

He got it but put it back to the side of his plate and continue to eat his meal

Aime didn't say anything after that. She didn't know what to say, the way Jungkook ignore the food she offers says a lot, Yoongi sense it. He knows his brother is not in the mood since he knows that Taehyung waits for him

"Maybe we can continue to discuss this with another schedule, or deliver the part of the contract with your conditions, I'm sorry, I forgot that we have to visit the port to check on the other cargo left in the storage room, right Kook?"  He changed the topic to lighten up the mood of his brother

"Yes"  Jungkook shortly says not giving a glance to them

"I'm sorry, I should go now... I'm taking too much of your time"

"Hyung, Jimin said he wants you to come early and I'm missing them already"  Jungkook says totally ignoring what Aime said but the lady is persistent, she wants Jungkook to talk to her

"Them? Who are they?"  She asks unconsciously being nosy all of the sudden

"I think it's time for you to go now Ms. Perez, we will see you soon"  Jungkook stands up after he drops his utensils on his plate totally irritated

"I'm so sorry, don't get me wrong but I think Taehyung will be famous once she decides to be a model. It really suits her"  she continues and Jungkook didn't know if she's playing dumb or honestly didn't know when to stop

"it's Mrs. Jeon for you Ms. Perez. She's my wife"  Jungkook corrects her

" Oh, I'm so sorry.. I didn't know "

"It's fine.. Actually no one knows that I'm married"  he cleans up his lunch box and puts it inside the bag, he wipes his mouth with a tissue and drinks his fruit juice his wife personally prepared for him in a tumbler

"I believe your wife cooks deliciously, I hope you would invite me one of these days to your place so I can get a taste of her food. You finish all she packs for you"

"yes, she cooks good food. Maybe I'll invite you, I'll ask her first"

Aime laughs at that, she finds it funny..  the Mr. Jeon Jungkook, the famous CEO, the youngest bachelor need to ask first his supposedly wife before inviting someone in his house

Jungkook and Yoongi look at her with raised eyebrows

"Oh, I'm so sorry.. It's just. It's hilarious to think that you have to ask her first before inviting someone, I'll be your business partner and there will come a time that we have to celebrate and knows each others places"
