Special Chapter: My Ice Hair is Your Fire Hair.

Author's note: Sorry for the little disappearance and that I traveled and because of that I couldn't write these last few days.

From Varay Aurae's point of view

He was in the floating castle's training room training against the robots Gideon had invented.

When I suddenly heard a whistle coming from behind me, I froze the last robot left standing before looking back, as I did so I spotted my newest coworker Arthur Leywin.

"You've done quite a bit of damage here." Arthur spoke as he looked around the room which was completely frozen.

Arthur took a towel from his dimensional ring and threw it at me.

"Thanks." I said as I started to dry my sweat, "what brings you here?" I asked.

"I would train more that's impossible at the moment." Arthur let his gaze roam the frozen room once more.

"I agree." I spoke.

Arthur and I left the training room together and started walking towards our rooms.

We didn't say a word as we walked to our rooms, we had no business, not to mention the fact that I wasn't the best interning with other people.

"How was your day?" Arthur asked trying to lighten the mood between us.

"It was pretty normal, as I'm off today I was training all day." I replied, "What about yours?"

"I didn't do anything in particular either, I just stood by so if something important happened I could go help." He replied, "Varay since you're off duty shouldn't you go out with your friends? You know, even in times of war I think you could have fun with them."

Arthur's speech was as if an arrow had hit my heart, friends or a mind I never had any of that my life was focused only on training since from an early age I was chosen to be a spear in the service of the Gladers.

I didn't know how to answer Arthur so I just stayed silent, Arthur knew I had touched on a sensitive subject, so he changed the subject saying: "Could one of these days you help me train my ice element?"

"Of course I can." I spoke.

"Varay, will you be busy later?"

"No, why?"

"Let's play cards, I probably won't have anything to do for the rest of the day and Sylvie is playing with my sister and they kicked me out saying today is girls day."

"We can." I agreed after all I had nothing better to do.

Third person

After Arthur and Varay agreed to play cards, they parted ways and went to their rooms.

Arthur went to his deck and Varay went to his to take a shower, after getting the deck Arthur went to Varay's room.

As Arthur was going to his room, they played cards Varay left the door unlocked so Arthur had no trouble getting in.

After entering the room of the ice spear Arthur began to analyze the room, his room was like his was a very simple room without many personal belongings.

Arthur sat in one of the armchairs that his room had and sat there waiting for Varay.

A few minutes later Varay came out of the bathroom she was wearing black sweatpants and a plain white shirt.

Varay went to a small fridge and grabbed two cans of beer, and she tossed one of the cans to Arthur.

The two spent hours playing and drinking without caring about anything they just wanted to have fun.
