Author's Note: I'm back!

The chapter got small but I feel like it turned out really good so please enjoy this chapter and I promise I will try to make longer chapters.

From Arthur Leywin's point of view

He was sitting under the shade of a tree waiting for Jasmine who had gone to one of the many bases the adventurer's guild had in the beast glades, selling the beast cores we'd gotten over the past fortnight.

Unfortunately my time as an adventurer is coming to an end, these last year and a half have been without a doubt one of the best times of my life.

Having Jasmine as a traveling companion has only made things better, I feel that these past few months I've been able to get closer to the expressionless Jasmine.

Something I noticed in the last few months was that I started looking at Jasmine in a different way than usual, I think I started looking at her more as a woman.

Jasmine was undeniably a beautiful woman, I think that from the first time I saw her there in Asbher, but the years that have passed since that day have seen her beauty reach its peak, her black hair shining, her skin white as porcelain and to top it off with an eye key, her bright red eyes, which give her a unique charm.

I think I started to feel this for Jasmine thanks to my body going through puberty, I let out a sigh before leaning back against the tree trunk, closed my eyes.

From Jasmine Flameswoth's point of view

I was looking at the board that had the quests, dungeons available for adventurers to do.

Arthur finally made it to A-class which greatly expanded the range of missions we could do.

Even though Arte didn't use his mana for anything other than bolstering his body, he was far better than many veteran adventurers, who couldn't stop bragging about his adventures.

Arthur was a pleasant traveling companion, it may sound crazy but I can't see him as a normal boy, his azure blue eyes give off a subtle but unshakable confidence.

Arthur captained many dungeon dives we did, and on all occasions he led us perfectly, whether in strategy, instructions or tips he did everything as perfectly as possible.

After looking through the quest board for a few, I picked up a leaflet that talked about a dungeon called: The Wasps' Nest.

Wasp's Nest was a B-class dungeon which wouldn't be too much trouble for me or Arthur, but it would give us a lot of experience dealing with flying mana beasts as most of the beasts present there were mana beasts very reminiscent of bees, it was like a giant beehive.

"Miss Flameswoth." I heard someone call me I turned around and saw the receptionist looking at me with a professional smile on her face, I walked over to her.

"Here's the money for the mana cores you brought us." The receptionist said as she placed the bag of silver coins on the table which was made of oak.

"Thanks." I said as I took the bag of coins, put the paper from the dungeon the wasps' nest on the table and said, "I would like to reserve this dungeon."

"Okay, please put the name of the people who will enter this dungeon here." The receptionist told me handing over a paper, I gave her a nod in agreement.

I wrote my name and Arthur's adventurer name that was Note, I also put our magic attributes.

After making that exit I turned around and started walking towards the exit, after exiting come Arthur, he was sitting under the. Shadow of a tree, few rays of sunlight passed through the leaves of the trees giving it a calm and serene glow.

I went to him, when I got close to him I noticed he was sleeping, I called his name trying to wake him up, but that was useless, waking up Arthur was more difficult and troublesome than connecting with mana beasts, if I couldn't see his chest rising and falling thanks to the workings of his lungs I would easily mistake him for a corpse, I spent a good few minutes trying to wake Arthur up.

"Jasmine." Arthur said with his eyes half closed.

"Finally." He said, as he breathed a sigh of relief, "Shall we?"

"Yes let's go." Arthur said as he got up from the floor, he stretched his body, and did a quick stretch.

I spread wind attribute mana all over my body, under my feet producing two gusts of wind, to help me go even faster.

Crackling sounds popped in the air around Arthur as his long auburn hair bristled from the electrical current that was now running through his entire body. There were streams of yellow lightning enveloping him as he prepared to run further into the beast clearings.

I bolted into the beast clearings with Arthur close behind me.
