A month had passed and Nathalie was feeling much better so she returned back to work, Nathalie was glad to be back at work because having appendicitis was really painful and she had the scar on her stomach to prove her pain.
The scar on Nathalie stomach will be there forever and when it's summer time, instead of wearing crop tops Nathalie would wear short sleeve tops that cover her stomach because if anyone saw her scar, then they would start asking questions and that was something Nathalie hated.
