Quirk description: Your hands are your quirk but you mostly use your emotion to manipulate the weather
Attacks & Side effects:
Attack: Lightning Strike & Smash
This attack can only be activated when your Angry. You can control the lightning and where you want to strike it can increase your speed a little and take a lot of damage to the target. Using lightning smash makes your forearm and eyes glow bright yellow, This attack also increase your speed and takes a lot of damage to the target.
Side effects: When you use Lightning Strike/Smash, An electric wound will appear all over your body, The powerful you use it the more painful the wounds get and might lead to unconscious or a coma but never death.
Emotion to Weather:
If Anger - A Thunderstorm will start
If Sad/Scared - It will start Raining
If Happy - A Rainbow will appear or the sun shines brighter
If Calm - You can control the wind or the Wind blows or Nothing happens
Hero name: Quiet Breeze
Personality: A little shy to people you don't know but very fun to be with friends and a few insults
