"Happy New year, Love!" I said and went to hug him.
"Happy New year, baby." he accepted my hug and went for a kiss.
We celebrate it with my Mom here at their mansion. His Mom insisted on that. They want to celebrate our belated engagement party with them naman daw. We eat a lot there while chit-chatting about our new year's resolution. I sneaked out a message to my girls and greeted them with a happy new year before the clock hits 12 midnight.

After that, I fell asleep on Frigus' arm. He was brushing my hair using my soft hairbrush until I fell asleep. I'm so lucky to have him in my life and now, I can't believe myself that I'm already preparing for our valentine's date next week.
"Should we go somewhere to celebrate it?" I asked the girls.
Cerene just sipped her drink not minding what I've said. Solen, the older sister figure to me, smiled at me.
"How 'bout a date somewhere private?" She suggested.
"Okay? But where?"
"Jusme, nagpapakahirap pa kayo, doon na lang sa bahay niyo!" Chels suggested.
"Bat ako makikinig sa'yo wala ka pa namang jowabels," I said and laughed histerically.
She glared at me and I couldn't stop laughing anymore. Her facial expressions made me laugh even harder and louder.
"Sa hotel kaya? But ano... pang ano... pokpok. Sa ano na lang rest house nila Frigus!" Maeve suggested.
I smiled awkwardly. What kind of date are they thinking right now? Gosh this girls needs to be baptized again!
