The Cloaked Truth Series #4: Where No One Sees

🦋 LXXVI.

WEEKS passed and all of the squad gathered. I know for some reason this might be the last night out for us. Because I'm going to focus on my family, to build a strong foundation for it. 

"Taray ni Farah-bels! Hindi na tayo ang pamilya, I'm so sad na huhu!" Maeve said.

"Omsim beh! Ako dati baby ni Farah kung hindi lang umepal si Frigus!" gatong pa ni Chelsea.

"Paris talaga?! Napakamahal mo naman dalawin inaanak!" Sol added.

"Wow! Nag-talk ang hindi mabilang ang designer bags! Sell it so you could visit!" tumatawang sabi pa ni Aud.

Sol smiled awkwardly as if she's choosing her bags over my child!

Pinanlasikan ko siya ng mata. "Do not freaking tell me you'll choose those replaceable bags over my child?!" I faked a cough after 

"I'm not! I could choose them both naman! I can't wait for her to grow up so I could give her designer bags!"

"Ooh you shut up, Soleniana! She can't grow up! We want her to stay as our baby!" Aud said, trying to hit Sol using her bare hands. 

"I know! But we all know she'll grow up one day and have boyfriends-" Sol stopped talking when the boys arrived.

"Boyfriend? Sinong magbo-boyfriend?" Priam interrupted.

"No one, not even this little girl here..." Idris added, kneeling in front of Friah.

"Anong boyfriend-boyfriend?! Tanggalan ko ng internal organs 'yan!" Edward said.

"You and your disgusting jokes!" Janah Marie said.

"Umeepal na naman si crushiecakes…" mahinang sabi ni Edward sa boys.

"May sinasabi ka ba?" mataray na tanong ni Janah.

"Ha?" 

"Kako kung may sina-"

"Haylabyu."

She hit Edward using the small pillow. I was smiling the whole time. They're a perfect match, Janah's a stewardess while Edward's a pediatrician. I think it's accurate though? Whatever! 

Everyone enjoyed the moment while I was busy thinking what could have happened if all those things didn't happen. There's so many what if's on my mind and it doesn't even stop. 

"Stop thinking, we're together now hmm?" Frigus said before giving me a forehead kiss. 

"I'm happy we're together again." I smiled.

"We're together with Friah…" 

I tried to keep my smile but it faded. I don't know but I feel bad for feeling good while she's not here. I've been searching for her for years but still, wala parin kahit ni anino niya…
