After twelve long hours nurse came out of the ICU and informed Sai, who was sitting on a waiting bench with folded hands, chanting the mantras she ever learned.

"Dr Joshi. Your husband is slowly coming out of anaesthesia you can meet him now" Nurse said

Sai silently entered the ward where Virat was lying with cast in his right hand. She went to sit beside him while Virat was mumbling something in his partly conscious state. Sunny entered after her.

"How are you feeling?" She gently touched his hand

"Oh hello! Who are you?" Virat mumbled in an unconscious state. Sai knew he was not fully awakened yet. He was under the heavy dosage of medicines.

"What is he saying? Don't tell me he lost his memory by injuring his hand?" Sunny wondered

"No-No it's just disinhibition" Sai replied

"What it is?" Sunny confusingly asked

"A temporary loss of consciousness or memory you can say! Some patients talk weirdly even sings songs after being anaesthetic. They will not remember it after coming to conscious state. He is fine, don't worry!" she assured

"Did the doctor send you?" Virat asked slowly

"Yes, he did" she calmly replied

"Oh man! You are pretty as a picture" he lovingly smiled

Sai laughed in response. Sunny immediately took out his phone to record his funny talks.

"Whoa!! you are the prettiest woman I have ever seen. Are you a model?" he asked

"No, I am a doctor. I am here to take care of you. You keep your hands down" Sai instructed

"Who are you? What's your name?" he asked mesmerizingly looking at her with his half-shut eyes

"My name is Sai. I am your wife" she replied with a smile

"You are my wife?" he shockingly said

"Yeah" she smiled

"Holyshit!!! Oh man!!!!!" he tried to make himself believe

"How long?" he asked

"Just chew the candy. You are waking up!!" she inserted orange candy in his mouth

"Oh man!!! Have we kissed yet?" he asked

"Keep chewing your candy!!!" she laughed and said

"It's sour. I don't like it. How long we have been married?" he continued in his drunken state

"Its long-long time. More than three years now" she calmly replied

"Deva!!!! Bappa!!!!! I hit the jackpot!! I cannot believe my luck" he continued in a more of singing fashion

"Let me see your face! Whoa! your eyes are beautiful" he shrunk his eyes to look at her

"Don't talk much. Eat your candy" she said, controlling her blushing laughter

"That is really good. I am really liking you . . ummmha I love you soooo much" he tried to touch her face. "You should love me too!!!" he said in a slow motion
