I am ready. I'm wearing a long black sleeveless dress with a slit on my left leg and some black high heels.

I'm waiting on Edwin since he's picking me up. I really don't know what to expect for tonight. I usually enjoy going to these kind of events. I get to catch up with friends I don't regularly see.

Alicia : -opens door- Hey!
Edwin : Hello there beautiful.
Alicia : Hey there gorgeous!
Edwin : -laugh- Ready?
Alicia : Yep let's go!

When Edwin and I arrived, Ruben and Camila were already here.

Edwin : Hello!
Ruben : Hey you two.
Camila : How pretty Alicia!!
Alicia : Thank you Cami! You too!

Ruben
Godamn- She looks gorgeous...
I can't say that out loud though...

Alicia : I'm gonna go for a drink.
Edwin : Sure!

Other than catching up with friends I spent most of the time with Edwin.
Ruben was mainly with Camila.

I came to the conclusion that seeing Ruben with someone else bothers me. The reason? Because I've caught feelings for my trainer...
I didn't want to accept it but what's the point of denying it? Nothing is ever going to happen anyway...

I am now alone at the bar. I don't plan on getting drunk I just want a drink to help me get through the rest of this night...

Ruben : Why so lonely? Where's the boyfriend?
Alicia : Whets's the girlfriend?
Ruben : I don't have a girlfriend.
Alicia : And I don't have a boyfriend.
Ruben : You sure?
Alicia : Where's this coming from?
Ruben : No I'm just saying.
Alicia : Bullshit..
Ruben : You know what I realized? You're attitude towards me.
Alicia : What?
Ruben : You've been acting different with me lately.
Alicia : ...
Ruben : Did I do something?

Ruben : Then? What changed? I feel like I'm not connecting with you anymore...

I was looking down avoiding eye contact. He put his finger on my chin turning my face to look at me.

Ruben : Tell me...
Alicia : I'm just going through something. I need to put my.....feelings in order. I'll be okay though. I'll figure it out..

He cupped my face and leaned his forehead against mine. I closed my eyes breathing in his cologne that I really like..

Ruben : What do you say we ditch this place and go to mine?
Alicia : What for?
Ruben : Talk and drink.
Alicia : I came with Edwin and you came with Camila. We can't just ditch them.
Ruben : Come to mine after then..
Alicia : Okay..

Alicia : I wanted some fresh air.
Jackson : Yeah these events can get overwhelming,
Alicia : Tell me about it.
Jackson : Did you come here with Ruben?
Alicia : No I came with Edwin..
Jackson : Hm, I thought you and Ruben had something going on.
Alicia : Huh? Oh no we're just friends. I doubt he'd look at me that way anyway.
Jackson : Really? Alicia you're gorgeous. Any guy would be lucky to have you.
Alicia : Thank you...
