Hey guys! I know I said that I will come back soon but it's already been a few months. I just wanted to inform you that this story will continue. Although, I will be updating pretty slow because of my exams. So please bear with me and continue to read this story.

Just read the last chapter again as this is the continuation of it!

 I sighed.

"So that's what happened, huh?

"Yeah" Mi-Soo said.

Currently, we were sitting outside of a convenience store, where I found Song Mi-Soo crying.

Song Mi soo, the girl who got bullied in the previous chapter. She goes to the same school as those bullies and used to be a classmate of Soyeong and Eunbi.

"Soyeong is a desperately lonely girl. She didn't have any friends before. But she isn't inherently kind. Her loneliness has manifested in how cruel she is toward those she thinks are socially beneath her. She mocked Eunbi because she had no family, repeatedly using the derogatory word "orphan" to refer to her." She said

"At the starting, when Soyeong joined the school, she too was bullied, but after a year, her bullies left the school when she told her father about it. When Eunbi came to our school, Soyeong, in order to look cool and let out her frustration bullied Eunbi. After Eunbi left, the target became me." Mi soo continued as she started sobbing.

I hugged her.

After a while, she stopped sobbing.

"That girl, the one who was along with you was Eunbi right?" Mi soo questioned.

I nodded

"But your friends called her Eunbyeol! Didn't they?"

I once again nodded.

When no other question came up

I looked up and saw Mi-Soo with a complicated face.

"It's complicated." I said

"Should I ask?" She asked contemplating

"Nope, it's a long story."

Mi soo nodded.

Suddenly her phone rang.

"Hmmm! Eomma!(mother)" She spoke on the phone

Eomma. A term I hadn't used for a long time.

"Yeah, I am coming." She replied

"Yeah."

"Bye."

She hung up the phone and said,

"My mom called me, asking me where I was."

I nodded.

"It's late right now. It also looks it might rain. We should go home." She said

"Hm." I said with a smile.

"Thank you again for helping me there." She said

I smiled.

"No problem."

🌸

All the thoughts which were crowding my mind

had drained my energy.

Suddenly drops of water crashed upon me,

drowning me in my own daze, of neon and shattered thoughts.

I was drenched.
