Capabilities & Skills:  
A mage, also sometimes called wizard, sorcerer, or sorceress, is a person skilled and educated in the use of magic. Only rare individuals have the potential to become mages and many of those with this potential are doomed to madness. Unless the individual in question - known as a source - learns to control their power quickly, he or she may end up a half-insane, slobbering oracle. Because of their powers, mages age more slowly than ordinary people. They can extract magical energy from the four elements, transport themselves long distances and heal, as well as kill, in the blink of an eye. They have extensive scientific and political knowledge; in the latter respect, many mages are the equals of rulers.

Weaknesses and Conditions:
Mages are not immortal, even if they age slower. She can be wounded and killed just like everyone else. Also, she has no memory whatsoever of her life before the last year of her studies in Aretuza. After trying and failing to recover her memories for years, she just gave up completely

- PERSONALITY

Delilah is, in a way, exactly what one would expect from a sorceress. She is the kind of woman that makes heads turn when she enters a room. She is confident in herself and in her powers, almost to the point of being cocky sometimes, but she lives up to the image she projects to the world and nobody can really blame her for that. She thrives when she's amongst other people and she absolutely loves flirting with anyone who seems interesting. She is sassy and sarcastic and that might annoy some people, but it's one of these people that one would not be able to imagine acting in any other way. She is a very smart woman, partly because of her long life, and she's learnt how to think strategically, but also outside the box. She has a slight disdain for authority, and more specifically, royalty. However, she knows her place in her world and doesn't push her luck. Despite all of that, Delilah is a very caring and loving woman - even if she doesn't show it often - and she would do anything and everything she possibly can to keep her friends safe.

BACKSTORY

Before her amnesia:
- Her mother was a half-elf and her father was a human
- Her parents didn't have the money to raise her so they gave her to Merylin and they disappeared
- Merylin realised almost too late that Delilah was a source and Delilah almost went insane from that
- Tissaia de Vries was her teacher in Aretuza and she basically saved her
- Because she suffered a lot, Tissaia cast a spell which erased all of her memories before she gained full control over her powers. Delilah was in her early thirties at the time

After her amnesia:
- Delilah refused to work as an advisor for any of the rulers
- She mainly worked with the Witchers after she graduated
- She became very close to Lambert since she liked his overall attitude and how he took shit from no one
- She is a big fan of Jakier's music and was absolutely furious to learn what he did to him in that mountain
- She disapproves of people claiming the law of surprise, but she didn't say anything to Geralt about that
