Theodore is smart and cunning. He is a true businessman and he knows how and when to act and he knows how to 'manipulate' people to do what he wants them to. He thinks fast on his feet and is good at decision-making - gift that has been very helpful in his career so far. He is also quite the perfectionist, which can be annoying sometimes. He acts cold and distant around people he doesn't know and/or doesn't trust and it can take quite a while to get him to open up. Once he opens up to someone, he will get slightly overprotective because he doesn't want to risk losing them. He will offer a shoulder to cry on and he will listen to his friends' problems; he will always be there no matter what. He is a very loyal man and he would never, ever betray the people he cares about; he'd rather die than do that. If anyone betrays his trust, it takes a lot to be able to even get him to consider trusting them again, exactly because he could never do that and he can't imagine what else these people could do. He's one of those people who, even if they forgive, they will never forget. When he's sad or angry, he will try to isolate himself so that he won't lass out to the wrong person. If he does lash out, it will be bad. He will scream and shout and will probably say things that he will regret - which is why he doesn't want to be around people when feeling negative emotions
