Personality
Ian is a laid back person, it's extremely rare to see him worried about anything. He firmly believes that worrying makes life unnecessarily hard, but because he's not easily worried, that doesn't mean that he doesn't care about what is happening around him. He is a caring person and he always wants to make sure that his friends and family are all safe and sound and, above everything else, happy. He is not an extrovert exactly, but he definitely isn't an introvert either. It depends on his mood, really. He is a dreamer and a really ambitious person and he always chases his dreams. He's also extremely stubborn and he won't change his mind easily, he will almost never change his mind once he has decided something. That can be annoying for the people around him, but he doesn't really care about that. Because of his job, he has learnt how to hide his real emotions whenever he needs to. Only the people really close to him would be able to see through his facade. Why would he put on a facade, though? Whenever he's sad or angry or upset, or whatever, he doesn't want to burden others with his problems so he hides them behind a smile. That doesn't happen often, though

Relationship with Queen members
/Roger Taylor/
Ian and Roger have been friends for years. They went to school together, but they went to university in different cities. They talked on the phone frequently and visited each other from time to time, though. Roger is one of the few people that Ian trusts with his life even
/Brian May/
Ian met Brian through Roger. He always had a respect for the astrophysicist and, with time, the two of them became friends. He likes spending time with Brian; he's a nice break from Roger
/John Deacon/
Ian likes talking to the youngest Queen member, and he thinks that he is a more interesting than he lets out. He doesn't know if they are considered friends or not, but he definitely is good company for a tea and a nice relaxed chat if life is giving you trouble
/Freddie Mercury/
Ian thinks that Freddie is great drinking company. Like, seriously, if he wants to go for a drink, or two, or five, Freddie is the first person he will go and ask. They probably could be considered friends, but he's not that sure about that
