The sun has risen and it's now its daytime. You have to meet with Buggy and get ready to go treasure hunting. You loved spending the mornings by looking for treasure and making Buggy proud of you and the crew.
You walk onto the deck and watch the waves go up and down as you wait for the captain to give out orders. Though, he's nowhere to be seen.
You tilt your head to the side as you start to think about where this cute clown could be.
Maybe he could be sick? Who knows.
You start to walk near his room and knock. No answer. You knock a few more times and finally hear a faint growl come from inside.
You stand still in shock, thinking that Buggy must be in trouble or cant get up.
"I'm coming in Buggy!!" You yell out and bust open the door.
"B-buggy?" You try to whisper out as you approach him.
Buggy groans and looks up at you from his bed. "Huh... oh.. Y/N.." He also whispers out in relief.
"Buggy are you feeling ok?" "I haven't seen you all day.." You blurt out.
"Heh.. guess you missed me huh?" Buggy covers his face with his hand.
You stand still not saying a word as you get butterflies just by looking at him.
"Well, I guess I had too much to drink last night haha.." Buggy says while trying to get up from bed.
"Oh.. what a relief." You say out loud.
He looks at you again, locking eyes you both blush.
"Aw, what a good girl.. always looking out for her captain." He jokingly says as he smirks.
You put your hand over your mouth and try not to show Buggy you're blushing.
"Why so shy, love?" Buggy teases while scooting next to you.
You get nervous and back away. It was the alcohol wasn't it? He's never teased you this much before.
You keep on having these thoughts as he teases you.
"Heh, after so many years and you're still afraid of me?" Buggy says in a low tone while raises an eyebrow.
"N-no." You blurt out, wanting to reassure him. "The thing is...I don't know if you're still drunk or playing with my feelings.." You say, looking away.
As you look away, you start to think about how you just blew your chance with Buggy. There was no point in telling him how you felt after making him sad.
He quickly grabs onto your arm and pulls you towards him, kissing you with passion.
"I've been waiting so long to be able to feel your soft lips, sweetheart." He whispers into your ear. "I'm not tryin' to hurt someone as beautiful as you."
You almost faint from hearing this. "R-REALLY?" You yell out in confusion and happiness.
Buggy puts a finger on your lips. "Shh~" "They can hear us outside if we are too loud princess, or have you already forgotten?" He softly laughs at you.
Your whole face lights up red. You were so happy. Being able to finally feel loved by this loud goofball.
You smile uncontrollably. This was your chance to finally tell him. "I love you Buggy." "I've loved you for so long." You say leaping into his arms.
Buggy's face lights up. "I love you too, Y/N." You both hug and kiss for what seems like forever. You didn't want this to end. So did Buggy.
He then tugs on your shirt, trying to tell you something.
