1. Hybrid - able to turn into any minecraft mob hybrid example: pig human hybrid , enderman warden hybrid. When killed can drop what the mob drops and can do whatever the mob can.
Downside: Has the weakness of whatever mob he choses example enderman - water, zombie - sun etc...
2. Minecraft - can do anything you can do in minecraft example : go into creative, survival, spectator (no adventure mode its useless) use cheats etc...
Downside: if in creative for too long he will get really bad migraines possibly pass out everytime he uses cheats he gets 20 min of bad luck (really bad luck) spectator he will get really nauseous and dizzy possibly pass out

Philza's quirk:
Crow father - has crow wings and able to communicate with and command crows.
Downside: if he flies for too long his back muscles get sore and as the amount of crows increases the harder it is to control them all

Technoblade's quirks:
1. Blood god - he is able to manipulate blood whether it be inside or outside someone or something
Downside: if he sees to much blood then he starts to go blood crazy and start to try killing everyone (starting with the orphans probably)
2. Piglin - piglin hybrid has enhanced senses and extra strength. Gives him sort of pig like-ish features
Downside: gets cold easily loud noises hurts his ears and strong smells hurt his nose bright lights hurt his eyes. Also has a irresitible love for gold.
