• now don't get me wrong. she will eat anything, but her favorite food is
• warm, soft, filling, like freshly baked bread, soups, or pasta
• cinnamon rolls and moist honey pie and hot chocolate with whipped cream, marshmallows and sprinkles would be her fav sweets
• if she saw modern day frog bread she would cry
• also. if you cooked her something that would remind her of her childhood, say, a soup like the one her mom used to make... she would burst into tears and cling to you and have a mental breakdown on your shoulder

• they like spicy food
• like, so spicy that normal human body wouldn't handle it
• and crunchy food. crackers, chips, human bones, that sort of things
• also junk food and alcohol, but they never get drunk (or, more likely, they are always drunk, i mean look at them)
• would eat anything if its a challenge!
• i bet valdemar has challenged them to eat glass, needles, paint, etc., just to see what would happen. spoiler: nothing happened
• they think medical tinctures taste uncool, and poisons taste funny, and sanitizer is the worst booze ever created by humankind

• he probably is a picky eater
• likes simple dishes with few ingredients, but weird combination of tastes
• like.. ? smoked fish with fudge? if he had a blender, he would also blend all that together and call it a smoothie
• i have a feeling that he just loves melted cheese. the taste of it, the texture, the way it pulls into strings. perfect
• hates overspiced or oversalted food
• would like modern day drinkable jelly :( so bad he can't try it :'(
