Bending still exists. They are not in the world avatar is set in normour they in our world. (I guess they are in a version of our world but with bending) Appa and mo mo are not in this fic so sorry.
Ozai - Ozai has no real power he works in business and is very rich he also has a way of escaping the law. The rest of the gaang are aware of him and the fact that he is a bad man. Toph - knows that Zuko likes Sokka. She is out to Aang and Zuko but sosent like being emotional. When she came out to Aang she didn't tell him as much as she told Zuko she just told him she was gay and Aang was fine with that. She has a bit of a crush on Suki (I haven't decided if I'm going to do anything with that yet.)
