Apparently mom left a little while after Nia got here. Which is weird because she usually makes a big fuss about us not meeting her at the door while she leaves. Or she'll just barge into my room, but she didn't, which is odd. Dad left this morning after I started the game. I'm really surprised they all let me play the game for that long, which just makes this day all the more weird than it already is.

"Soooo Nia what movie are we watching?'' Ana asks as she stuffs a chicken wing in her mouth. The best thing about Domino's, chicken and pizza, the best combo. Nia finishes chewing before she speaks. "I don't want to watch any girly shit like all the boys I loved before, at least not yet." She says, ending it with a giggle. Ana whines crossing her arms. "I wanna watch shitty rom coms!" They both start laughing at their own ridiculousness. "How about the new Mortal Kombat movie?! I've watched it before but I like , not really?" She said, cocking her head to the side. I arch my brow in confusion.

"I watched it with my brothers and all they did was make stupid ass commentary the whole movie so I was pretty much on my phone the whole time! Which pisses me off cause I've been waiting for that movie ever since I bought MK11!" She crosses her arms over her chest. Ana gives her a fake look of disgust. "You freaking video game nerd! You and Joon are made for each other!" Ana goes wide eyed as she finishes her sentence, quickly slapping her hand over her mouth. I look over to Nia and see her glaring daggers at Ana.

Nia and I are made for each other? Does that mean she talks about me to Ana? Wait nope let me not think too much about these girls being fickle. I shake off any fantasy I might have and try to save the room from any further awkwardness. "Well I'll let you know that I haven't seen the MK movie yet so you're in luck, cause we are watching it!" I announce it as Ana groans out. "Y'all are lame! Plus last time I checked this was a sleepover with Nia and I, not you and Nia, god you two suck!" Nia and I laugh in unison as we continue to eat our pizza.

"So are we watching it in the living room?" Nia says suggestively. You can visibly see the excitement on her face. "Umm hell yes!The TV in the living room is the biggest one. Why the hell wouldn't we!" Nia springs up excitedly as Ana sits back complaining.

I sat on the couch with Nia Mae in the middle of Ana and I. Her and Ana cuddled up close wrapped up in a coy blanket, making a pang of jealousy pierce through my chest. During the movie I kept sneaking glances at the beauty. Ana complained the whole time, while Nia made commentary. It made me excited to see her get hyped over the scenes, my favorite was the way she reacted to Kung Lao's fight scene, the way he rimmed his hat with his fingers made her go wild. It was so cute to see her reactions, she's adorable. She puffed out her chubby cheeks and crossed her arms, letting out a loud huff. This movie made her go through so many emotions, and they were all equally heart throbbing.

"What the fuck!" She gasped loudly and she pushed my arm excitedly. "Two scorpions! They're gonna kick his ass!" She was so pumped up but tried to be quiet as Ana remembered to be sleeping. I was more entertained by her than the actual movie. She was such a gem, a treasure.

After the movie Ana moved over to the recliner and claimed she needed to stretch her legs. Which I didn't mind because it meant that I was the one on the couch with Nia. Hey, I'm an opportunist! Nia lets out a dramatic sigh. "Ugh I guess we can't watch a shitty rom com now that Ana's asleep." She faked complaints as we switched through the movies. She turned to me with a mischievous grin. Ugh God she's so cute. "Whatcha wanna watch?" She said like a five year old high off sugar. I thought for a moment before a brilliant idea popped into my head. "How about a horror movie!" I said with just as much mischief. Nia groaned and sat back. "But Joon, I hate horror movies." She whines, I can't help but love the way my name falls from her lips. It sends shivers down my spine.
