What is Steve and Tony confessed their love to each other before and therefore the civil war doesn't occur?
Will they win their first fight against the Mad Titan or lose due to some other reason?

They went outside and saw that all were there in the living room talking about the mission with Nat and these two joined them.
Now
Today was the ultrasound for the gender reveal and therefore Tony was now entering his fifth month and looked a bit larger than a fifth month.
"I am fat", Tony stated as he was getting ready looking at the mirror and Steve looked up from his book and smiled softly.
Steve got up and walked towards Tony and hugged him from behind, "You are beautiful, strong, sexy and growing two lives inside you", Steve said.
Tony leaned back and inhaled Steve's scent, "You know how to make me smile don't you?", he asked smiling and Steve kissed Tony's head.
"Maybe", he muttered, "Come on we need to find our babies gender", Steve said and the two left to the infirmary after sharing a sweet kiss.
They greeted Bruce there and he did the same procedure, "Let's see, hmm... both the babies are healthy", Bruce said and the parents-to-be sighed happily.
Bruce's smile widened, "It seems that you are having 2 boys", Bruce said and Tony grinned wide and looked at Steve who looked equally happy.
"Congratulations", Bruce said and hugged Steve and Tony after keeping the ultrasound away, "I'll get the pictures", Bruce said and left.
Steve kissed Tony's forehead, "I love you", he muttered and Tony chuckled, "I love you too", he said and the two kissed.
"Two boys huh? We are really outnumbering the girls", Steve said and Tony smiled, "We can always have another kid or two, which maybe girls", Tony said and Steve looked into Tony's eyes.
"You... you really want to have more kids with me?", Steve asked and Tony looked at him surprised.
"Of course baby, I want to have this whole life time with you and our kids", Tony said and Steve kissed Tony's cheek as Bruce walked in with the pictures.
They went out and announced the news and all cheered except Natasha who grumbled at being outnumbered at first, but joined in the celebration as she knew she is going to be the only aunt.
She made plans on what to teach the kids and by teach, the ways you could kill someone with small objects to knife and guns.
~ A week later ~
"Tony we haven't been on a date for a long time, how about we go on a date?", Steve asked entering the lab and Tony brightened up.
"I would love to, but we can't go outside like this", Tony said gesturing his big belly and Steve smiled.
"Leave that to me", Steve said and left after kissing Tony's head who chuckled and continued his work.
By evening the two were ready and Steve took Tony to the rooftop, "Steve why are we-", he stopped as he saw the beautiful candlelight dinner in front of him with a path of rose petals leading towards it.
"Wow", Tony said and took Steve's extended hand who lead him to the table, "I am sorry if this is bad", Steve said and Tony shook his head looking around.
"I love it Stevie, this is beautiful", Tony said breathless and Steve smiled and served Tony's favorite dish, which was his mother's secret recipe.
Tony smiled and kissed Steve, "I love this and you so so much Steve Rogers", Tony said, "I love you too Tony Stark", Steve said smiling.
As they finished eating Tony kept a ring box on table and Steve gasped, "I love you Steve and I realized the moment when I was going to die that, with you next to me I will even walk through hell, I can't lose you Steve and I can't even go down on my knee, but please marry me", Tony said and Steve chuckled and wiped his tears and got up.
"Well then, I will make it easy for you", he said and got on his knee opening another ring box with a beautiful ring in it.

Tony gasped, "I love you too Tony Stark and I too realized the moment you were going through that hole that I would rather die that minute than live without you for a moment even. I am not doing this because you are pregnant and I know that you know it too, but I love you and was scared to propose to you for a month because you might think it is too early, but I can't wait hereafter. Who knows what we will face tomorrow, I just know that I want to be there with you when we face the world, I want to be there with you when we raise our kids, I want to fight next to you, I want to love you, I want to do all this and many more as your husband. So Tony Stark will you make me the happiest man on the whole wide Universe and marry me?", Steve asked and Tony wiped his tears and nodded.
Steve smiled through his tears and wore the ring on Tony's finger and Tony opened his ring box making Steve gasp again.
It was a similar ring except it was the other way around...

Steve smiled as Tony wore it on his finger and the two kissed, "I love you", Tony said after they broke away.
Steve smiled as their foreheads touched, "I love you too baby", he said and Tony gasped holding his stomach.
"What happened Tones?", Steve asked holding Tony's arm and Tony took his hand and kept it on his stomach.
"Say it again", Tony said, "Tones?", Steve asked and Tony shook his head, "Say 'I love you'", Tony said.
"I love you", the blonde said and gasped as he felt kicks on his hand, both the parents eyes teared up.
"I love you two too a lot", Steve said and felt another set of kicks, "We both love you, papa and dada loves you too a lot", Tony said and again felt the kicks, this time a bit too hard.
"Ok that hurts, that's enough", Tony said and Steve chuckled and got up and turned on the music.
He extended his hand to Tony who smiled and took it as the slow song played and the two swayed softly being in each others' embrace.
As they swayed with their foreheads touched together a shooting star shot behind them...
