~ After Dinner ~

Tony was washing the plates, they take turns usually, today Steve was putting Sarah to bed and while Tony was washing the water sprayed everywhere.

Tony sighed and started wiping the water when he saw a frame, a frame when he and Peter took at the time Peter got his Stark Internship, actually it was taken to fool his school.

Tony wiped the water droplets away from the frame and saw his son's smiling face, he immediately knew what he had been fighting for, all these years.

He popped up the hologram and started working, "Look at a mod inspiration, let me see what check out. So, recommend one last sim before we pack it in for the night. This time, in the shape of a mobius strip, inverted, please", he said to Friday.

"Processing...", Friday said, "Give me that eigenvalue. That, particle factoring, and a spectral decomp. That will take a second", he said moving the hologram pieces.

"Just a moment", Friday said, "And don't worry if it doesn't pan out. I'm just kinda-", Tony said hoping for it to fail but he was interrupted.

"Model rendered", Friday said and Tony was in a complete shock of amazement, the render showed that it was 99.987% successful.

Tony fell back on the chair processing it slowly, "Shit!", he said, "Shit", he heard a voice behind him and turned to see Sarah.

"What are you doing up, little mess?", he asked, "Shit", Sarah said, "No, we don't say that. Your pops will kill me if he hears that", Tony said.

"Why you up?", the little brunette asked, "'Cause I got some important shit going on here. [Sarah gives Tony a taste of the incredulous] What do you think? No, I got something on my mind. I got something on my mind", Tony said.

"Was it Juice Pops?", Sarah asked and Tony got up smiling but still in daze, "Sure was. That's extortion. Great minds think alike. Juice Pops, exactly was on... [Looks back to the model, Then turns back] my mind", he said and took her to bed after eating juice pops.

"Tell me a story", Sarah said, "A story... Once upon a time, Sarah Maria went to bed. The end", Tony said and Sarah giggled.

"That's a horrible story", Sarah said and Tony smiled, "Come on, that's your favorite story. I love you tons", he said kissing her head.

"I love you 3000", she said and Tony was surprised, "[Silently] Wow. [Turns off the lamp] 3000. That's crazy. [Closed the door] Go to bed. Or I'll sell all your toys. Night, night", he said and went to the living room.

Steve, who saw his daughter and husband bonding earlier, was now reading a paper on the couch when Tony came.

"Not that it's a competition, but she loves me 3000. You were somewhere on the low 6 to 900 range", Tony said and Steve scoffed.

"What are you reading?", the brunette asked absentmindedly, "Oh, it's just the news", Steve said noticing Tony's distraction.

"What's new with the news?", Tony asked still in different thoughts, "Just-", Steve started, "I figured it out, by the way", Tony said and Steve inhaled sharply taking a shaky breath.

"Time travel", Tony said and sat next to Steve looking at him, "What? Wow... That's amazing, and... terrifying", Steve said, he thought he was ready for this, but in truth he wasn't.
