Only Tony and Bruce were in the tower, "I can work on tissue degeneration, if you can fry whatever operational system Cho implanted", Bruce said.

"Yeah, about that", Tony said and Bruce looked at him, "No", he said knowing very well what Tony was thinking.

"You have to trust me", Tony said, "Kinda don't", Bruce said and Tony explained on putting Jarvis's conscious into the body.

"I believe it's worth a go", Jarvis said as Tony finished explaining, "No, I'm in a loop! I'm caught in a time loop, this is exactly where it all went wrong", Bruce said.

"I know, I know. I know what everyone's going to say, but they're already saying it. We're mad scientists. We're monsters, buddy. You gotta own it. Make a stand. [Banner shakes his head] It's not a loop. It's the end of the line", Tony said and Bruce looked at him and sighed.

"Steve's gonna kill you", he said, "I know", Tony said and they started working on it, when Steve and the twins came.

"I'm gonna say this once", Steve said in his authoritive Captain voice, "How about "nonce"?", Tony asked and looked away unable to face Steve like this.

"Tony", Steve said, "Nope, not gonna happen. I am sorry Stevie", Tony said and a fight broke and Thor came and stopped it by making the body come alive.

"Then why would you bring it to...", Steve asked Thor as Thor explained about the stone, "Because Stark is right", Thor said and Steve looked at Tony, "Stark-Rogers", Tony muttered.

"Oh, it's definitely the end times", Bruce said, "The Avengers cannot defeat Ultron", Thor said, "Not alone", Vision said.

"Why does your "vision" sound like JARVIS?", Steve asked Tony, "We... reconfigured JARVIS' matrix to create something new", Tony explained.

"I think I've had my fill of new", Steve said and Vision started explaining his purpose and what he wanted to do.

"I am on the side of life. Ultron isn't, he will end it all", he finished, "What's he waiting for?", Tony asked.

"You", Vision said and Steve rubbed his eyes with his hand, Vision also said he didn't want to kill Ultron and picked Thor's hammer and gave it to Thor.

All, except the twins looked at him shocked and Thor took the hammer as Vision left, "Three minutes. Get what you need", Steve said and all started getting ready.

"Jarvis?", Tony tried and heard only silence in his lab, "Damn it", he muttered and installed Friday into his suit.

He went to talk with Bruce and Steve as the process was going, "No way we all get through this. If even one tin soldier is left standing, we've lost. It's gonna be blood on the floor", Tony said.

"I got no plans tomorrow night", Steve said, "Great we are going on a date", Tony said to diffuse the tension and Steve smiled.

"I get first crack at the big guy. Iron Man's the one he's waiting for", Tony said to Bruce, "That's true, he hates you the most", Vision said walking past and Steve hid his smile as Tony's dropped.

"Ultron knows we're coming. Odds are we'll be riding into heavy fire, and that's what we signed up for. But the people of Sokovia, they didn't. So our priority is getting them out", Steve explained as they got into the jet.

"All they want is to live their lives in peace, and that's not going to happen today. But we can do our best to protect them. And we can get the job done, and find out what Ultron's been building. We find Romanoff, and we clear the field. Keep the fight between us. Ultron thinks we're monsters and we're what's wrong with the world. This isn't just about beating him. It's about whether he's right", Steve said and Tony looked at him surprised.

He gets around with words, Tony thought as Steve looked back at him, all looked at the captain before getting down from the jet.

They all went to do what they were told to and the fight started, "Cap, you got incoming", Tony said through the comms.

"Incoming already came in. Tony, you worry about bringing the city back down safely. The rest of us have one job: tear these things apart. You get hurt, hurt 'em back. You get killed, walk it off", Steve said and Black Widow and Hulk joined them in fight.

"Well, nothing great. Maybe a way to blow up the city. That'll keep it from impacting the surface if you guys can get clear", Tony explained as Steve asked about the situation.

"I asked for a solution, not an escape plan", Steve said and Tony sighed, "Impact radius is getting bigger every second. We're going to have to make a choice", Tony said.

"Cap, these people are going nowhere. If Stark finds a way to blow this rock...", Nat trailed, "Not 'til everyone's safe", Steve said firmly.

"Everyone up here versus everyone down there? There's no math there", Nat said, "I'm not leaving this rock with one civilian on it", Steve said.

"I didn't say we should leave. [Steve turns to look at her] There's worse ways to go. Where else am I gonna get a view like this?", she asked and four huge helicarrier flew from all four sides and they heard Fury in their comms.

"Fury, you son of a bitch", Steve said happily, "Oooh! You kiss your mother with that mouth?", Fury asked.

"Actually he kiss's me with that mouth, but Nick sweetheart you made my husband swear", Tony said and all chuckled in the heat of the fight.

All helped the civilians evacuate the city and Rhodey joined the fight, "Yes! Now this is gonna be a good story", he said.

"Yep. If you live to tell it", Tony said as he flew next to Rhodey, "You think I can't hold my own?", Rhodey asked.

"We get through this, I'll hold your own", Tony said, "You had to make it weird", the other man said.

"That's Tony for you", all the other avengers said making Rhodey smile, the six avengers along with the Maximoff twins assembled at the core.

"Avengers, time to work for a living. This is the drill. If Ultron gets a hand on the core, we lose", Tony said pointing to the core.

"Is that the best you can do?", Thor asked and an army of robots came, "You had to ask", Steve said looking at Thor. 

"This is the best I can do. This is exactly what I wanted. All of you, against all of me. How could you possibly hope to stop me?", Ultron asked.

"Well, like the old man said. Together", Tony said looking at Steve and the fight started....
