They won, the loss had given them the meaning of winning and now they had won again as always, together...

Now

Steve had gone to return the stones while Tony waited for him, he saw Peter sitting on the stairs at the back of the house.

"So how is this house? Your pops designed it and I tried my best and built it, it was hard having no tech-", he stopped as he saw Peter looking sad and lost.

"Hey", he said softly and sat next to his son rubbing the younglings back, "Are you alright?", Tony asked.

"I guess", Peter said softly and Tony waited, Peter sighed knowing why exactly his father wasn't saying anything.

"I am so lost", he said finally and Tony went to ask why, "I lost 5 years of my life, I lost 5 years with my friends who might be 20 now", Peter said and Tony understood.

"Harley was supposed to be my younger brother by 5 mins, now he is my elder brother by 5 years, I never knew Sarah, I never saw her birth, her first steps, her first word, I... I lost 5 years with you and pops", Peter said and tears dropped out of his eyes.

"And I don't know who I am anymore, the only normal thing that ever happened in my life was you guys and now I come back and see this distance between all of you and me", Peter said and Tony pulled him into a hug letting him cry his heart out.

"Look at me bubba", Tony said after Peter stopped crying and Peter did, "You are Peter Stark-Rogers, a wonderful brother and an amazing son", Tony explained.

"Sarah grew up with you, we taught her everything about you, especially Harley and we recorded her every firsts, her first ever word was Petey", Steve said coming towards them and sitting next to Peter.

Peter hugged his pops, he missed his papa, "It's ok bubba, we understand", Steve said softly, "You may be 5 years younger than Harley, but do you feel less connected to him in any way?", Tony asked.

Peter shook his head, "He is happy now and I am glad I can feel that, but there is an invisible distance between us I can feel that too", Peter said sad.

"We can remove it", Harley said standing behind Peter and the parents smiled, "I knew you would do something like this", Harley said.

"Like what?", Peter asked acting confused, but a smile growing on his face, "Don't act like you don't know, this, this wallowing and moaning and crying", Harley said and the twins? smiled.

"We are twins by heart no matter what", Harley said and Peter pulled Harley into a hug and the parents laughed.

"You never lost us bubba, we always thought about you, each and everyday and here onwards we will spend each and everyday together", Tony said.

"Normal is not possible in your life ever, my life was never normal and especially after I met your parents, I forgot what normal meant ребенок паук", said a familiar voice.

Steve smiled and Tony froze, Peter gasped as he saw his favorite aunt, "мама паук!", he shouted and ran to hug her.

Harley followed after breaking from the shock, "How?", Tony asked and Steve shrugged, "I may have threatened that red as... Red Skull", Steve said correcting his language.

Tony smiled and hugged his husband, "Thank you", he whispered softly and Steve kissed his husband's forehead.

"Don't mention it, she is my best friend too", Steve said and Tony joined Nat and his two kids and hugged his sister.

"Auntie Nat", Sarah said as she came out of her room and saw her aunt, "How is my little warrior doing?", Nat asked scooping Sarah in her arms.

"Good", the little girl said giggling and saw her two brothers, "Peter!", she shouted and extended her arms to her unknown brother.

Peter was shocked for a second before he looked at his parents who both smiled and nodded, he smiled and took Sarah into his arms.

"Hey princess", Peter said and Sarah blushed, "No one calls me that", she said and all smiled, "Do you like it?", Peter asked.

Sarah nodded, "So I'll call you that from now onwards", Peter said and again the little girl nodded.

"Come on, let's go outside and you can tell me more about you", Peter said and she smiled and held on to him.

He looked at their parents and they nodded, "Come on baby brother, I will also catch you up to today", Harley said patting Peter on the back.

Peter glared back at him, "If you ever call me baby brother, I won't hesitate to activate instant kill mode", Peter said.

Harley raised his hands, "Instant kill mode?", Sarah asked scrunching her face, "She doesn't know?", Peter asked his parents.

The parents shook their head, "It wasn't our secret to tell", Tony said and Peter smiled, he loved his parents more when they gave him his own privacy and independence.

"Thank you", he said to his parents who blinked at him reassuringly and the three kids went outside.

The other 3 avengers joined them, "You ever thinking of turning back to human?", Tony asked Bruce, "Thinking of it", Bruce said looking at Nat who looked back at him smiling.

"Good decision", Tony said and moved into Steve's arms, "Are we moving back to the tower?", Clint asked.

All looked at each other and understood what each other thought and smiled, "Yes we are, we are going back to our own normal", Thor said.

"Is Peter going to be ok?", Tony asked worriedly after filling the others on Peter's dilemma and Steve kissed Tony's temple.

"He will be, like Nat said our lives will never be normal, maybe normal in our own way like Thor said, but we all will be ok, we always fight our way out of these situations and this time also we will fight out of this", Steve said.

All the other looked inspired and they nodded, "It will be definitely hard going back to what we used to be", Clint said and they thought of their past.

How fighting for Manhattan seemed to be their only problem and now... they have come a long way, but they will be okay.

They were the avengers, they will avenge their way out of the hardships laid out for them, whether they faced it or will face it.
