Fours POV
It's 5:30 and we have to be at Tris' house in half an hour, I comb through my hair and sit in the living room until it's time to leave. Marcus comes downstairs, grabs the keys as says were ready to leave. We head into his car. 5 minutes later we pull up in front of the Priors house. We ring the door bell and I can hear someone shout 'Tris, could you get that please'. I hear foot steps approaching the door, the door opens revealing Tris wearing a red dress that flares at the bottom. She looks stunning. She ushers us inside and offers for us to sit.
Tris' POV
My father comes in and welcomes Marcus and Four. Marcus speaks up: "You have a very beautiful daughter Andrew" this makes me blush and I look down. From the corner of my eye I can see Marcus smiling at Four. Oh well this is awkward.
When things started to get awkward my mum calls us in for dinner. Life saver!
I sit next to Four with Caleb and Marcus in front of us and my parents at each end of the table.
Our dad's talk about government stuff that I don't really understand. I just sit and stare at my food.
"Why don't you show Tobias around honey" my mum says, who? Who is Tobias? "I'm sorry who?" I ask confused. She points at Four. Oh so that's his real name. I nod and me and Four/Tobias leave the dining room.
"So Tobias is your real name?" I ask lifting my eyebrows as we approach the stairs.
"Yeah, you can call me that but only if it's just me and you" I nod and I gesture him to walk up the stairs before me. I open my room and we sit down on my bed.
"So Tobias, where do you come from?"
"New York" he replies
"Oh really? I love New York!"
"Yeah it's a great place" he replies with a smile
"Hey Tobias, would you and your friends like to hang with us tomorrow?" I ask
"Really? I mean wouldn't Eric be mad?" He says, his voice sounded excited at the first part. I smile to myself.
"He's gone, I broke up with him after cheer practice" I say and it feels good to say it.
"Oh why?" He asks
"Well firstly he cheated on me, we never loved each other we just went out because, well why not and he called you a freak" I say, biting my lip at the last part.
He looks at me shocked. We both just stare at each other for what seems like eternity. I'm getting drowned in his beautiful eyes. He really is hot.
"Why, thank you" he says in an awful British accent. I thought out loud, again.
I blush and turn my look down.
"You know you're really adorable when you blush" he says. He cups my face and before I know it, his lips crash on to mine. He deepens the kiss, I feel something in my stomach I've never felt with anyone before, it feels like fireworks are going off in my stomach. We pull away at the same time, trying to catch our breaths. He smiles at me and I blush again. Damn it Tris, stop blushing.
My mother calls up the stairs
"Tobias your father is leaving".
Me and Tobias walk out my room and walk downstairs. My mum looks at me and Tobias and then winks.
"Thank you for dinner Andrew and Natalie. Caleb, Beatrice it was nice meeting you" Marcus says
"Our pleasure Marcus, Tobias" my father replies.
Tobias looks down at me.
"See you tomorrow Tris" he says and walks out the door.
My mum pulls me down to the couch.
"He's really handsome you know, you guys would make an adorable couple" she says
"Maybe, but I don't think that will happen anytime soon Mum, I don't know him" I reply
"Well, I can see he has an effect on you" she says, I blush.
"Well I'm off to bed mum, good night" I tell her and with that I rush up the stairs.
I lay in bed thinking about that kiss, it felt so right.
