It was now time to check if Anya and I passed.

We set off to the school and approached the board.

Yor: We failed..

Yakuji: Okay.

Anya: We failed...I'm sorry, it's my fault...

Yakuji: No, I was the one who overrated. Don't take the blame.

Loid: Yes, it's alright.

Loid and Yor patted our backs as an attempt to calm us down.

Suddenly, we heard someone call out to us.

???: Psst, Forger Family.

We turned to see the old man, Mr.Hendersen.

Loid: Yes, what can we do for you?

Mr.Hendersen: Follow me.

We proceeded to follow him. He led us inside the school and there, we saw:
'1. Anya Forger'
'2. Yakuji Forger'
And some other names.

Mr.Hendersen: Anya Forger and Yakuji Forger has made it to the top of the waiting list, it's official.

Loid: Huh..?

Mr.Hendersen: Yes, they've been accepted but it appears I won't be a teacher when it starts.

Loid: And why is that, sir?

Mr.Hendersen: I punched that pig straight in the face.

Loid: I see...Ca-

Yakuji: May I ask why we've been accepted?

Mr.Hendersen: Oh? You may elaborate.

Yakuji: I mean, how did we get accepted after...

I mumbled and tightened my hoodie.

Mr.Hendersem: Do you know what creatures can have a human die? Mosquitoes!

Mr.Hendersen: And Loid Forger, killed that mosquito. Meaning, he saved the Headmaster's life and that added many points.

Loid sweatdropped.

Yor: Thank you, Mr.Hendersen.

Anya was doing her victory dance.

Anya: We passed, we passed~!!

Loid: What is she doing?

Yor: She's praying that they'll both pass.

Loid: I see.

*DING DONG*

Yakuji: I'll get it.

He went over to the door and checked the eyehole.

Yakuji: Who a-

Franky: I'm Franky! Loid's best friend. I heard you've been accepted? Let me in!

Yakuji sighs and does what's told.

Franky: Heya! Ms.Forger! I'm Loid's friend. And Loid, you've been accepted!?

Loid: It's just been released, how do you know?

Franky: Don't underestimate an informer!

Loid: *sigh*

Franky: I've got alcohol and some other snacks are being delivered!
