Maya POV:
We continued our journey as Acat promised to help us. She kept an eye on the gods to see what they were plotting. She became our spy. It took us two days before getting to Luna island. I haven't spoken to Zatz as much but would give home the casual 'good morning' or stuff like that. It was a little hard to get to Luna island but we worked our way out. When we arrived, we realized that we didn't really know where the Wizard council was. I accidentally bumped into a scrawny guy with only one leg on the way. "Oh no. I'm sorry, are you okay?" I asked the guy as I helped him stand up. He assured me that he was fine.
I felt guilty asking him where I literally just bumped into him seconds ago but I asked if he could show us to the wizard council. He asked for money before showing us where it was; which was right in front of us. The guilt turned into anger as I realized that I just got hustled.
Me and Zatz went inside as I asked the Gran Bruja to join our quest. She just responded by laughing at me. I got angry but I calmed myself down. I pleaded her to join our quest once more as I explained how she was the great rooster wizard I needed for my quest. She thought for awhile before looking at the Gran Brujo's portrait.
