Mono is an upcoming villain that SimonVPC made. This fan character's backstory is unknown but seemingly he has malicious intentions(he gave me info privately so yeah,gonna list some stuff)
We know his personallity was inspired by fanmade interpretations of Mecha Sonic from back in the day,which show that he is brutal and beats up anyone with no regrets whatsoever.
Let's start with Strenght:
- SimonVPC stated that he is comparable to Master Emerald,a ancient artifact on Angel Island
-- It's unknown whetever this Master Emerald is comparable to it's canon counterpart.
- According to SimonVPC ,,The master emerald could create 1,000,000 Hyper sonic's''
-- Further more SimonVPC added that hyper sonic is super sonic but x20
--- It should be noted that CANONICLY Super Sonic has beaten Solaris who could destroy all of timelines existing in past,present and future
----- Doing some math 1000000*20= 20000000
------ This COULD mean Mono is 20000000x stronger than Super Sonic,which means he could beat him easily.
-------Also according to SimonVPC, Master Emerald created Super Emerald and CONTAINS SO CALLED INFINITE POWER.

So kinda dissapointing not as good as strenght.

- Is a robot,so he is metallic
- Can break the 4th wall
- Has complete control over Dr.Eggman's database
-- Which must contain useful scientific information knowing Dr.Eggman's canonical IQ is 300 or even more
- He has jet feet and hands, lasers, rockets, bullets/
- His arms can transform into buzzsaws,blades,hammers and other melee weapons apparently from what it seem to be implied
- Posseses night vision and heat seeking vision
- Can make shields
- Can harness powers of Wisps
-- Wisps are species of aliens appearing canonically in Sonic games,which can or bestow powers upon others such as *breathes in*: be intangible,levitate,control element of fire,do surface scaling, generate shock waves,generate electricity and make semi black holes, which apparently has gravitional pull so hard it bends space and time AND MORE I GUESS
