"Kill him! Kill him!" Anger blazed in Bellatrix's eyes as she clutched her wand tightly.
"Come on! Go on, you pathetic loser!" Corban yelled at Yaxley from the side as Narcissa and Lucius pushed through the crowd, holding hands.
Facing each other were two students, one in the famous Slytherin colors, the other wearing a yellow and black scarf.
Rabastan Lestrange was shorter than his brother, thinner, and had his curly hair tied in a ponytail.
But like Bellatrix always said, he had the same goofy smile on his face as all Lestrange men.
The student pointed his wand at a younger Hufflepuff student.
"Well, scared?" the Slytherin snapped, suddenly firing a spell.
His opponent fell back, startled.
The youngest black woman joined her sisters and raised her eyebrows.
"Who is this?"
Bellatrix cackled, "Some useless mudblood! I think tonken or tokes-"
Hermione's gaze swept the crowd, "Tonks, Ted."
"Yes, that's his name."
The time travelers gaze at Andy, her head drooping in embarrassment.
If only the others knew as much as Hermione.
"Bombarda!"

A bolt of lightning hissed at the young man, who jumped to the side.
"Mr. Lestrange, what is going on here?" McGonagall rushed over, interrupting the fight.
The students were scattered, Bella dragged Hermione behind her.
A few hours (and several scrolls of parchment for Slughorn Potions class) later, the two friends were crouched in the hall, sipping their tea.
"I've been invited to the Slug Club," Bella spoke, scooping several lumps of sugar into her mug.
"Yes and? I'm new here, but not ignorant."
"Yeah, I just meant that I - you -" But before they could finish, the assembled faculty rose to their feet.
Professor Dumbledore banged his spoon against his crystal glass and waved his wand wildly.
The election posters unrolled themselves, a large Hogwarts banner was stretched across the house tables.

"My dear students, we are gathered here -" He glanced from Professor Slughorn to McGonagall, "to honor our new school Head students. First I have to say that we all expect Hogwarts to be how we present ourselves on the outside - always friendly and helpful - and offer your fellow magicians and witches a lemon candy."
The Headmaster had to smile briefly: "Our new Head students are -"
He drew something in the air with his wand.
The pure stillness was in the air.
Before anyone could say anything, cheers erupted.
A cheer came especially from the Slytherin table.
"What's going on?" Hermione turned to her classmates.
Narcissa climbed over the table and fell into her arms.
"Selwyn! Selwyn! Show!"
Hermione looked up, up at the ceiling of the great hall.

-Black & Selwyn-

It was emblazoned there in squiggly writing.
Posters hung on the walls with the faces of the two students and magical silver-green confetti flew across the dining room.
Hermione's eyes fell on Bella, who had previously grabbed her trembling hand and was staring at the sky in disbelief.
"Did we - did we win?"
"Yes, Bella, we won!"
The eldest Black was frozen, paralyzed by the countless students calling her name.
Not Hermione, she immediately fell into her friend's arms.

The next few moments just passed for the two of them.
As they stepped forward, Dumbledore handed them the medals.
How Cissy and Andy hugged them both.
How a party started in the great hall and punch was poured.
Loud rock music was played amidst the hustle and bustle.
Hermione was about to refill her glass when an unfamiliar song played.
A song that made her blood pump faster in her veins.
"Bella, come on! Dance with me!"

But as the witch staggered and looked around for her friend, she noticed her absence.
"Andy, have you seen Bella?"
"No, why should she be absent from your celebration?"
Hermione rushed out of the hall, straight through the long corridors.
"Bella! Bellatrix!" she called through the echoing corridors.
Suddenly she heard a howl coming from the girls' bathroom.
Hermione pushed open the door and entered the washroom.
"Belle? are you in here?"
A whining voice came from one of the cabins.
And Hermione knew exactly who owned it.
