02 | why are you being sarcastic?

Taehyung strolled through the hallways of his school, guiding himself to the restroom as the large mass of students headed towards the cafeteria. He felt exhausted; yesterday was his busiest shift.

Many students head to the cafe straight after classes, wanting to get something to clench their thirst.

His hands reached towards the tap as he cupped his hands underneath the spout, splashing the water over his face.

Trying to wake himself up, hoping this will help his eyes from trying too close.

"Hey, Taehyung"

Taehyung looked at the mirror to see Choi coming from one of the cubicles to wash his hands, "Hey", the tired male replied softly, brushing his hands through the brown strands of his soft hair.

"You look tired, dude."

"I sure am feeling so", muttered Taehyung, looking in the mirror to see the dark circles under his eyes.

"You coming to the cafeteria?" Choi asked, walking towards the door to leave.

"Yeah, I will come soon", he replied, giving the male a small smile.

"Yo, Jungkook, are you ever going to stop exercising?" Ryan called out from the group as they sat in the cafeteria eating while Jungkook did push-ups.

"Gotta make sure these arms are strong", Jungkook replied, standing up, patting each arm, then standing up from the ground and sitting on the seats.

"We have a small game this weekend. Make sure you are all at training."

"Yes, yes, we will", They all mocked him, some rolling their eyes at the amount of effort Jungkook was asking them to put in.

As the boys continued to talk, Jungkook's eyes turned to Choi, who was running toward one of the cafeteria tables. He knew that table as Taehyung's friend's.

"Yo, I was in the toilets, and I went to wash my hands, and Taehyung was there. He looked like he was about to fall asleep just washing his hands," Choi said, chuckling along with his other friends.

The raven frowned, standing up from his seat as he headed towards the main toilet.

Pushing the door open, he scanned the large bathroom to see no one washing their hands by the sink.

He turned to look at the cubicles to see one of them shut, "Tae", the raven whispered, knocking on the door.

Hoping that Taehyung is in there and he isn't interrupting someone trying to go toilet.

"Yeah", He heard him softly reply back. "Are you okay? are you going toilet?".

"I was trying to sleep", the male muttered quietly but enough for Jungkook to hear him.

"Come out. I know somewhere you can sleep" The Basketball player stepped back when he heard a bag scrape against the ground and a lock switch.

He frowned when he made eye contact with his best friend, who had dark circles under his eyes.

Jungkook grabbed his hand, dragging him out of the bathroom and towards the front of the school.

"Are you working today?" the male whispered

"No," Taehyung returned, rubbing his eyes. The raven grabbed his keys from his pocket and unlocked the car.

"Hop in the back", muttered Jungkook, who walked to the back of the car and opened the trunk, grabbed a blanket and pillow, and walked to his car's side.

He opened the door and handed Taehyung the pillow, watching as the male laid down. He draped the blanket over his best friend.

Making sure he was fully covered.
