Bea introduced Thirdy to her Aunt as soon as they saw her setting the table.

"Nice to finally meet you, Mr. Ravena."

"Thirdy na lang po, that's what everyone calls me."

"Ah okay. Lika na nakaayos na ang mesa."

Thirdy looked at his surrounding.

"Ang galing nyo naman po mag set ng table, it's very impressive."

Tita Gigi just smiled at him.

"Ay teka, may nakalimutan pa pala ako." Gigi said. She stood up at pumasok para kunin ung nakalimutan na pagkain.

"Aalis na tayo in 10 minutes ha."Thirdy told Bea.

Pagbalik nya, they started eating.

"Di kami pwede magtagal, Tita, we have to go back to the office para tapusin ung naiwan namin na trabaho."

"We can have salad naman." Thirdy said.

"Ay Bea, I forgot to bring out the cake that I baked. Pakikuha mo na at ilagay mo na din ung cherries."

"Tita, Thirdy doesn't like sweets."

"Kunin mo na lang, gusto ko kumain."

Bea stood up na tamang tama naman syang dating ng mga kaibigan nya, sinenyasan na lang nya na sumama sa kanya para kunin ung cake.

"Sabi ni Bea, hypochondriac ka daw, next time maghahain ako ng vegan. In the meantime, kain ka muna nitong niprepare ko." She opened the cover of one of the viands that she made.

Roast pork.

Di nakaimik si Thirdy.

"Eat."

Thirdy obliged.

"Alam mo ba, this is the first time na nagdala si Bea dito ng lalake. Madami na pinagdaanan yang pamangkin ko, ako na nagpalaki sa kanya. Kaya sinasabi ko sa'yo pag sinaktan mo yan, mananagot ka sa akin."

Naubo si Thirdy.

"Tita, eto na po ung cake na pinapakuha nyo. Tsaka aalis na po kami. Sasamahan ka naman nila Deanna."

"Ah nakalimutan ko po, may engagement party kami bukas ni Bea sa bahay, we will expect you there."

Napandilatan ng mata si Bea. Her Tita can't believe all the secrecy na nangyayari.

"Engagement party? Tapos ano, wedding after a week?"

"No, Tita, we still want to get to know each other more." Bea said with a smile while looking at Thirdy.

"Hay, okay, fine, we will be there. Thanks for coming, Thirdy. I think panatag na loob ko but not 100% pa."

On the morning of the engagement party, Thirdy met with his father sa favorite garden spot nya.

"Good morning, Pa."

"So, sigurado ka na sa engagement mo?"

"Yes."

"Don't you dare introduce me to that woman, I have no interest. You are risking the future of our company.

"Okay, if that's what you think. I'll prove you wrong. Enjoy your food."

Thirdy left.

Thirdy went to Bea's house to pick her up

"Dyan ka muna tatapusin ko lang itong arrangement, pasyal pasyal ka muna sa greenhouse."

Habang tinitngnan nya mga plants and flowers sa greenhouse, ubo sya ng ubo. Bea came up to him.
