FEW MONTHS PASSED BY REAL QUICK. Right now, Hinata was by herself walking around her neighborhood, just listening to music.

This is what she would usually do whenever she felt conflicted, or something else.

Today, she was feeling rather hurt. She figured out something that she really didn't want know about. It hurt like hell.

But it all made sense.

It made sense on why he never kissed her in the past months they have been dating for. Why their hugs never felt complete, and why it felt awkward holding hands.

Hinata isn't dumb. She's a smart girl, but right now she felt like a complete idiot. An idiot for going after a guy who's in love with her best friend.

She knew about his feelings towards her since the beginning, it was obvious. The he looked at her. The way he smiled at her. She saw it.

That look in his eyes whenever she would walk in the room was the same look Hinata had whenever she saw him.

These past months, she had hoped. That somehow, or one day, Naruto, would fall in love with her.

But he hasn't, and he probably never will. She knows this because of the way he still looks at (y/n).

He doesn't look at Hinata like that.

Hinata wants to be mad at him and her. But she can't, it's not their fault this is happening. Definitely not (y/n)'s fault.

She could only blame herself for falling in love with him and even trying to be in a relationship with him when she knows he loves another girl.

She loves Naruto too much to leave him. But ultimately, she knows what she has to do.

She wants him to be happy. And if he's happy, she'll be happy.

AT THE MALL..

The girls decided to look for dresses for prom since it was right around the corner, pretty much in a week. Now, they probably should've gone shopping way before but oh well.

They went into a store that sells a variety of dresses, short to long and any kind. As they were looking, (Y/n) notice that Hinata was unusually quiet, so she decided to check up on her.

"You okay, Hina?" (Y/n) asked, "You're being awfully quiet today." she adds looking towards the long black haired girl.

"I am? Sorry. I was just thinking about something." Hinata explained, though (Y/n) could tell something was bothering her.

"Okay, well if you wanna talk about, im here to listen." (Y/n) offers, "Oh! look at this dress." She pulled out a nice long, silky, off the shoulder, lavender dress.

"I think it would look nice on you." (Y/n) states as she hands Hinata the dress.

"Okay, i'll try it on." Hinata says.

"Okay!! I'll wait here."

Hinata didn't really like the off the shoulder, but the color and material was nice.

The girls ended up trying 5 or 8 different dresses until they were able to find the perfect one.
