Heart rate hastened on your every word
Your voice like dulcet tones
The sound caresses my mind
Your my angel among demons
Palms sweat, eyes water
'Is this real?' The question on my mind
As I lust over lips so sweet
My diamond in the rough
Why is it my sadness has gone
Where has my home of pain disappeared to
My shield of a hollowed heart, gone
Are you my joy?
My mind at ease
Your warm embrace
Something I've never known
To me you are happiness and I your victim
