Writer's Block

It start by putting the pen to the paper

And then you just got to let it bleed

But sometimes all you get from the pen is vapor

You think, you wonder, you search for the words you need

Its like if you're running a marathon and hit wall

You try to climb over to reach the path that's there for you

But everytime you touch it you fall

Close your eyes ask for the words, but really what can you do?

If you ever been in this position then you know the pain

You feel like giving up and dropping your pen

But that pen is your sword and you bear that strain

So you keep trying, looking for the opening, trying every now and then

Finally it starts to flow and it forms a stream

You empty your heart on the page and its better than before

You move on and that wall just seems like a dream

So keep writing, keep drawing, keep spitting... Just Endure
