As sonu and Raj left, ahaan and ishqi sat near the icu . Ahaan's frazzled eyes met ishqi's comforting ones, she softly held his hand trying to impart strength
A hospital staff came and gave them key to room alotted for bystanders
They walked to the room in complete silence
Ahaan on pretense of using the washroom went inside , tears involuntarily made it's way to his eyes.he looked at his reflection in the mirror his shirt had dried patches of kartik's blood
He was so close to loosing his brother. He was not only his brother he was his personal cheerleader, crimepartner and buddy all combined in one. The very thought of his absence from his life created a hollow feeling in his heart .
He repeatedly splashed water all across his face as if trying to erase the nagging thoughts

Ishqi came near him and hugged him tightly, the days happening's were finally taking a toll on him ,he was tired of putting up a brave facade, so he too hugged her and broke down in her arms.

They lied down, ishqi caressed ahaan's hair , she closed her eyes slowly
Ahaan's eyelids felt heavy but his mind played haunting thoughts which were heavier . Ishqi gazed back at him and indicated him to close his eyes
He sighed, sleep indeed was a temporary attempt to escape reality
Meanwhile Raj was trying to console sonu.

Sonu tried hard to suppress her sobs but failed miserably
Raj came near her and gently wiped her tears, she rested her head on his shoulder, he gave a soft reassuring look and intertwined her hands in his and urged her to continue

Sonu - tum sahi keh rhe ho raaj, mein bas itna chahti hu ki cheapad jald se jald teekh hojaye
Raaj - haa sonu, woh jaldi teekh hojayenge hum kal subah hi hospital jaayenge,tumhe abh aaram ki zarurat hai, tum plz so javo
Sonu was exhausted due to all the crying and exertion so she drifted off to sleep
