tessellated voussoirs, palatial, idiosyncratic to dilapidated
a forever continuous rewind from a young tiger,
who views invisible threads of life in her hidden halcyon nest.

frills scratch her to scorching embers which ignite,
ignite into an unstoppable inferno.
petals blossom from the flames, the nucleus fiercely glowing,
floating, in a different universe without a glance at the heretofore.

cotton candy dreams,
none could crash into her cloud of folkore.
criss cross cranberry cream carousel,
neverending blinks of terraces,
that are equally as whimsical as her perpetually imagination.

evermore, will I ever find a forever?

at times, what you write doesn't have to make sense. leaving room for interpretation and for a reader to connect the dots is equally as exciting as the writing process. while this might feel as if the flow is gone, poems don't always have to fit into rules. that's why I love free verse ;)

living in a city can get exhausting. after all, with all its hustle and bustle, it will.  that's why it's important to slow down for yourself. I'm saying this in mind, knowing that not everyone can slow down. we all have so many lives, so many routines to follow to just make sure we exist. among the chaos, take time to slow down. it's the same thing as I said in the last chapters, rest is productive. slowing down is equally as productive. you're allowing your body to rest so that it has an optimum level of energy to spend after slowing down. there's nothing shameful or guilty to feel about that ❣️

qotd: this is another fictional moment of what I would imagine france to be like! despite the fact that I was born there, I left after living there for 3 years so I literally have no memory of it- that doesn't mean that I don't have photographic memories though ehehe 😄💕  butttt!! that doesn't mean that I don't love the city all the same ;) I do plan on visiting one day & just reconnecting with my roots- even if my roots are in bangladesh, I'll always consider myself part of france too 💗✨ are you part of another nationality? how was this chapter? any thoughts about this poem? reaction/emoji's are always welcome :D constructive criticism is always welcome!
