Chapter 23 [Farewell]

"Then we'll be living now miss Leonier" Cale bid Leonier goodbye and bowed slightly. Aside from Cage and Jack, Leonier is now one of the people he respects that has affiliations with the Gods. Everyone knows how this guy hates the Gods

"Yes, please take care. I hope that you guys enjoyed your stay here" Leonier smiled as she passed a piece of paper to Rosalyn

"Yes, we enjoyed quite a lot of food here. We'll tell our chef to make them sometimes" Alberu smiled brightly. Shiny bastard

"haha, then I hope you guys live well" leonier waved her hand and nodded at Rosalyn. Leonier really likes how open-minded and fast this lady can adapt to any situation. She'll be a very good Mage

Rosalyn nodded back at her and started casting magic on the paper. The paper is quite odd, Rosalyn looked at it and tried to read whatever was written on it but she could not read it. It was blurred. but even though it was blurred, she's sure that the letters or words that are written on the paper are not of Roan's Language nor the former Empire's verbiage

And as per Leonier's instruction, she only needs to cast a teleportation spell on the paper, and the paper shall do its thing. 

"bye-bye Gentle Leonier!" Raon waved his paw in front of Leonier, he wants to stay for a bit longer, but he already misses the others. He wants to play with Lock now too, and also to hunt some people that are bothering his weak human

"Bye leonier! Nyaa!" Hong wagged his tail.

"Bye nya~ Thank you for the brownies!" On bid her goodbye as well

"haha, yes yes, I hope to see you guys again" Leonier said and waved her hand goodbye. She only nodded at Eruhaben who also just nodded at her.

Once Rosalyn finished whatever she was doing, a light engulfed all of them starting from the floor. 

Leonier smiled sadly, they might need to suffer a bit longer... Let's just hope for them to survive and live happily after... Goodbyes are sad, but at least the goodbye is not directed to people who will never be seen again. This goodbye is directed to people who will survive. We might see each other again. Probably sooner or later. I wish you all the best.

When the light disappeared, her smile slowly disappeared.

"Time to go to work" She sighed" and went back to the children.

"Hyung, you should rest while Leonier is not here" Lock said to his Hyung who's just as stubborn as a rock. 

"Don't worry too much Lock, I'm fine" Choi Han said and give Lock a little smile. It's obvious that he's not fine at all.

Yes, this is Leonier's children. The children that she wishes to protect. The children who once fought and lost. The children that have died. The children who lost all the things and people they cherished.

"Does everyone want to take a rest first before we go back?" Leonier popped out of nowhere once again. Yes, they're going back. They do not need to finish watching the whole scene because what they have to do is obvious. Like we said before, 'we can only show them important things'

"You should've rested while Leonier was still not here!" Rosalyn nagged at Choi Han

"I'm fine"

"haa, alright"

"Choi Han, you guys can rest first. You all have a lot of things to do once you get back" Leonier said worriedly. It's not healthy to keep on working and fighting, rest is important.
