The next day the couple talked it out, they've decided to not take any sudden to the medias steps, they needed everything to cool down, and get back to normal.

"The breakfast tastes good... I missed normal food" she chuckled as she slipped on the homemade coffee

"I haven't cooked in a while, I'm glad you like it" he said with a smile

They were slightly awkward after what happened tomorrow, but they were already together for 3 years, normal couple could say they've known each other in any possible way but they? They only remember the happy couple from the begining, and then the bad time started, but hopefully it had its end yesterday.

"What...what about you mother then?" She asked breaking the silence

"What about her?" He asked turning his head towards the girl

"When you said she forced you to do bad stuff... Does that mean she'll still do that?" She said afraid this calm peace will have it's ending soon, and everything might get back where it was

"I'm afraid she'll know it soon or later I told you about her, but now what I have to do is protect you from her... From me too" he said with sad smile

"look" she sighed placing the mug down as she took a breath in and out "I'm convinced that you're blaming yourself on what happened, but I've been doing that with myself since day one you've... Changed" she said hoping to not fuck the situation up

"I just... I can't trust you, fully- not yet, but I can tell you're scared of you mother, I'm sorry if that helps you fell slightly better" she smiled warmly as he nodded understanding her

"I really appreciate that, but I should be the one apologizing, I should tell you the reason of that sudden change before I've realized how much it affected you... how much she affected me." He played with his finger

"you should, but I'm not blaming you, I get why you kept that to yourself..." She bite her lips anxious

"Yan Sunhye" he said as he looked at her, she looked back as she was taken back by her full name being called out "I, I can't do that... Can't do that to you anymore. I'll tel your parents we both agreed on ending the engagement... I can't hold you in a cage when I know the love between us faded in the madness I've started" he sighed

"Y-you're not joking?" She asked looking at him with big eyes

"Not even a bit... Besides I know I can't make you happy, definitely not when I hold you like a bird in small cage" he smiled "I do care for you, even when I might not seems like it, so even if we end the engagement of ours... You can still look for a help from me, I'll gladly do so to meek you feel better"

After he said that she didn't know why but she felt sad, she should feel happy, she was finally free from the world she begged to run away from, but she was sad. A tear left her eye as she stood up after her well not anymore fiance did too

He felt his hear being teared up, he deserved it, but then he felt lighter as he gave the girl in his arm her well deserved freedom, he could tell her body felt better, but it still felt a bit sad... Letting someone you were for three years just go
