Chapter 9 Walter's P.O.V.

I wake up in this bed and feel pain all over my body. I feel a soft hand holding my hand. It's Paige. "Hey, you are awake! How do you feel"she said. "Like hell but alive". "Do you want me to go get a nurse?". "Yes please" I said. She left the room then moments later she and a nurse comes back in with medicine. After a few minutes the nurse leaves after checking me and giving me medicine. Then me and Paige are alone. "Hey what happened with Drew?" I said. "H--he is in prison he will never see the light of day again" she said and squeezed my hand. "It's alright now Paige. He will never bother us again we can live without fear of him now. We can finally be in love with each other." I sat there paused for a moment then started to say "yeah I should be glad he is in prison. He won't hurt you or me or Ralph or anyone at all anymore. We can finally live together and be with each other forever Walter." She leans over and kisses me, I kissed her back. "I love you" I said. "I love you too Walter, forever and ever, I will always love you." And with that with sealed the the space between us with a kiss.
