MICKEY POV

I was late on my rent for the 4th time this month. My water bill and my electricity bill were off. I quit my job and now I don't have a job to pay for stuff.

The past couple of weeks I've been hiding in my apartment avoiding everyone.

Then I heard a knock on the door.

I opened it to find my landlord standing there.

"Mickey, I'm sorry but you haven't paid your rent for 4 months. And I gave you a 2 week notice but still, no rent. You have one week to pack up your stuff and leave," he said in a strict tone

"Please sir!" I begged. "I'll do anything, I need a place to live please!!"

"There's nothing you can do to convince me."

"What if I pay you....in another way?"

"What way?" He asked.

I started walking closer to the landlord and played with his backs tucked away in his boxers.

"Uhh I don't think we should do this," he said hesitantly.

"Oh, but you want to," I replied.

"Yes I do," he advised, finally giving in my to my seduction.

He moaned as I unbuttoned his pants and unzipped his tie.
