She stands back up and I just look her in her eyes.
"Can we um talk?"I ask
"Sure"she said
She let's me in and I take Ace off his leash. We go in the living room and set on the couch. Ace lays down by Cheryl with his head on her lap. I look down and play with my fingers. I don't know how to start this conversation.
"Hey just tell me how your feeling. That's all. I'll know what you mean"she said
I look at her and she gives me a warming smile.
"I miss you. I overreacted at the party. We all had our equal share of alcohol and I just didn't want anything to happen to you. I felt hurt seeing that girl touch you the way I'm supposed to"i said looking down
"Are you trying to say you were jealous?"she ask
I nod and play with my fingers.
"I'm sorry. I really really miss you"i said
She looks at me and smiles.
"I really really miss you too"she said
I look up and she grabs my hand. I see she has my ring on that I gave her after I broke up with her. I take it off her finger and put it on mine. I bring her hand up to my face and she caresses my cheek. I close my eyes and then I feel her lips on mine. I kiss back and let my hand on her side. We pull away for a little bit then kiss again. A bit later we pull away and I lay her down on the couch and I lay on top of her with my head on her chest. She rubs my back under my shirt and drags her nails on my back. I love when she does that, it feels so good.
"I love you"i whisper for the frist time
"What you say?"she ask lifting my head up to look at her
"I said I love you"i said
"You do?"she ask
"Yes I love you"i said
"I love you"she said back
I smile and peck her lips then lay my head back on her chest.
"Back please"i said
She chuckles and puts her hands back under my shirt does what she was doing before. I close my eyes and just smile. I'm back at my safe place. My home. I'm back.
Next day
It's the next day and I decided I'll go to the office today. I haven't been there for awhile. So I'm going in. Once i get there I go to my office and I text Cheryl.
Me:hey babe
My queen<3:hey
Me:you wanna go out to dinner tonight?
My queen<3:yeah sure. Just tell me what time
Me:I'll pick you up at 7
My queen<3:ok. See you then
Me:ok. Love you
My queen<3:love you too
I turn my phone off and do some work. I'll stay until 5:30 then go home get dressed and then go pick Cheryl up.
5:30p.m
I'm at home trying to figure out what to wear. Ay found it.
