absentmindedly, lisa noticed a tattoo on jungkook's neck. inked in delicate script, some sort of scripture, inked in perhaps french or some other romance language. blushing, she remembered her own phase where she'd been obsessed with renaissance art, and as such had even set random vaguely romantic french phrases to han jiru in her weekly letters. perhaps it had been good that the letters stopped around that time after all.

- acquaintances(but secretly penpals)-to-lovers tropes
- set in a hospital! lisa is the new hire in jk's department (pediatrics). jungkook's dad is secretly the CEO of the hospital, and has been conspiring with Lisa's mom for a long time to get them to meet because of the letters
- the LETTERs are very very important. essentially, when they were children and lonely, they wrote letters to each other under fake pseudonyms. but the parents were kinda in on it and then didn't like how much they meant to each other, as it was growing a bit toxic and they were relying on each other too much. so then jungkook's letters stopped and they both moved on with their lives.
- but like NOT REALLY. jungkook drowned himself in work and has never been able to find a girlfriend after that, and lisa drowns her problems in alchohol
- so when they meet, both lives are pretty shitty at this point, and they're kind of a mess
- they start to be coworkers with benefits, to friends with benefits, to lovers after a messy work happy hour
- idk how it'll end yet completely, but there should probably be a callback to the letters lol
- slight inspirations from start up (tho actually I loved nam dosan lol) and business proposal
