i was almost raped once. it was terrifying.

i was at a dark time in my life, but then again im always at a dark time in my life.

my friends kim and nate, were there to support me though.

my dad used to stress me the fuck out during that period.

one particular day, he embarrassed me in front of his friends when they had come to visit. i felt terrible.

kim and nate spent that night with me to help make me feel better. the next morning at watched a movie and had some snacks.

i must've fallen asleep during the movie, probably because i spent a majority of the night crying into my pillow so as to not wake my friends up.

i was rudely woken up by a hand roughly gripping my breast through my shirt. i turned and saw nate trying to kiss me.

i tried shoving him away but he was stronger.

"come on, devenity. you need this. you're stressed out, let him help"

i turned to look at kim, shocked.

no words came out of my mouth even though i tried to talk.

in that split second i knew i had lost my only two friends, and was possibly about to lose any ounce of dignity i had left.

nate began trying to undress me but i fought back.

i screamed and kicked as i felt him try to open my legs and position himself between me.

just then the door opened.

it was the maid. she had heard me screaming.

she was my savior that day.
