I hear my five thirty alarm go off. I feel some type of muscular arms around me. I turn around to see a sleeping Leone, he looks kinda cute when he's asleep. I wanna just lay here for hours upon hours. But I know that I can't. I'm gonna come back though.
I slip from out of bed and wash my face and body and I brush my hair and put my sports wear on. I put on my tennis shoes on and leave for the gym. Working out helps me clear my head. I don't know why, but its just so calming. I like to run on the treadmill for 45 minutes and then doing a little lifting.
I listen to music while working out, just like I do all the time.

After I finished working out, I go to the kitchen and make a protein shake and some egg whites. I sit down at the table and just take in the calmness and silence of the house. Ethan's not here, Nat's not here, Laur's not here. Everyone that I love is just fading away from my life and I just can't do it anymore. Why? Just why does this happen to me?
I clear off my plate and put them in the sink. I then have an idea, so I go outside to make a hesitant phone call. I don't know if I should do it or not but I'm gonna do it anyways.
It's ringing, and it rings 3 times before she answers.
"Hello?" "Who is this?"
I sighed before talking.
"Nat...it's me." I said hesitantly. Kinda upset she didn't save my number though.
"Ri? Wait hold on Ri- Liana and Jax sit down and watch Dora while mommy's on the phone, ok?" "Ok!" Two little voices in the background said in unison. "Ok Ri, I got away, whats up? How are you doing? How's everyone?" She asks as if nothing is wrong. I really wish that was the case.
"Um, everything is ok, kind of." She took a pause. "W-what...what do you mean?" She asks. "Nat I have a question...why did you leave?" I ask.
I hear a sigh on her end. "I just couldn't do it anymore Ri. The killing, the always having to watch my back, papa always being on my ass about me being the top assassin in the world. I just wanted a normal life. Ryder makes me happy and he doesn't care about my past. I have 2 kids that I really want you to meet! I-I just wanted to have full control over my life."
I don't blame her for any of it either. As much as I love the rush of killing my enemies and making everyone proud, it's just so much weight that is put on my back!
"But enough about me! How are you and how's mom, dad and ethie?" She asks. This is where I have to put my acting and lying to the test. "Ethan's good, right by dad's side as always! I'm the worlds best assassin, mama is being herself and papa is working hard." I said. I feel terrible about lying about Ethan. "Thats great Ri! I'm so proud of you!" "Mommy Jax won't let me watch 'My little pony!' I heard a little cute whining voice say. I smiled at the thought that I now have a niece and nephew. "Ok Ri, I'll call you back later today! I have to deal with this. "I laughed at the thought of Nat being a mom. "Ok Nat, I love you." I could hear her smile through the phone. "I love you too Ri Ri."
